how did you not use the switch did you just cut if off

I cut it at the relay. I connect each lights positive together at my switch panel and all the negative together onto my negative busbar.

At Home Depot. Just basic L brackets. 😎

Is there a reason why you didn’t bolt them in directly to the vehicle?
