Finally figured it out. X means Single Crochet. V means Increase! So, (X, 3V )= 1 SC 1 increase 3 times! X &V are usually cross stitch terms! ;P

It is so beautiful but could you please explain what did u mean by 4x, (2x, inc),*9, 4x(2x,inc)*9? I was watching this step over and over but I couldn’t understand how to finish this step.
First 4 crochets, each leg crochet 1 single crochet, (2 single crochet stitches, 1 increasing stitch) repeat 9 times, next 4 legs crochet 1 single crochet each leg, (2 single crochet stitches, 1 increasing stitch) repeat 9 times

Hello there, hope all is well. Can anyone help me? Do you know what (x, 3v)*6 means in the pattern?
Not sure what the x means but the 3V means work two stitches into the next 3 stitches of the previous row, the V stands for a "v-stitch" which is formed by putting two stitches I to the same space. It is likely the *6 means 6 stitches
(first crochet 1 single stitch, next 3 legs crochet 2 single stitches together) repeat 6 times
