  • On this week's episode, Vince dives into the sobering state of the real estate market, shedding light on the sluggish sales that have characterized recent months. He explores the possibility of a potential five-year fixed mortgage rate hovering in the high 3% range, a shift that could reshape buyer and seller dynamics. Vince also examines the possibility that Canada's population growth may have reached its zenith, affecting housing demand and urban planning. Additionally, he tackles the growing discontent among city residents over the clash between drivers, bike lanes, and evolving municipal policies. Enjoy!

Every crash/collapse brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped, I've seen folks amass up to $1m amid economy crisis, and even pull it off easily in favorable conditions. Unequivocally, the collapse is getting somebody somewhere rich.

Why would they do that lol. You know how many Indians gave up their assets and life savings to come here? Alot of loans sharks onto those families and will be forever in debt cause of the corrupted system we have here. Their loansharks are similar to our moneymarts, just their shit not legal so, a large amount of untracked cash flow going to everyone's pocket. And I guarantee you before Trudeau left India, one of his guards probably took few suitcases of USD cash on to the plane. And now they deciding to close the borders cause they done all the damage they need to fill in the lack of labour.
If you pay attention to the news and why Obama and Mexican PM came to Ottawa a decade ago. Youll also know why they allowed mexicans to travel here. This is all connected to the drug trade and homelessness we have in Toronto and Vancouver. Just remember that there's two types of powerhouse chinese people. Taiwan is not one of them lmao. China CPP and Hong Kong Triads. The HK are the legit gangs that work with mexican cartels and supply the products over to USA. I bet you anything Bidden, Obama were just feeding his friends this type of money. I won't be surprised all this same as american gangster played by Denzel or the Wire from Baltimore.
You and I and rest of working class have no clue how the real world works. Why you think Colombia and latin America are kings of female sex trafficking. The americans governments and cartel set it this way, just like how Priddy or Disney pulled their corrupted shit

Just also want to point out that you guys hate on the Indians or these brownies so bad cause their culture and lifestyle. And this is why the west takes advantage of them cause they know most Indians will work and aren't familiar enough of the west system which is minimum wage slavery and everything is digital. Back then everything was not digital so governments couldn't track how much businesses were actually making.
To you white Canadians just see it as another boring minimum wage job with barely any debt are assets. You guys think school debt and car debts are end of the world.
But in other countries unpaid debt will get you killed. There's no OSAP in India😂. No mortgage whatever over there. They live on the streets 😂 and you people hate them for being dirty cause of education and corruption from west and east

Not including parking in bike lanes than on multiple occasions drivers becoming physically agressive when they are in the wrong. You should have kept to finances and stayed away from something you obviously don't understand. Bike routes are designed to keep cyclist away from cars. In terms of the bike lane discussion, if the dumpster wasn’t in the way then there’s no reason to merge with vehicular traffic. The other thing is it was parked there illegally from what I gather which is why they were fined. It just means the dumpsters need to be placed not in a lane of traffic. People would be equally upset if it blocked a vehicular lane. As for the incident itself, I saw the aftermath picture and her bike was in the right most part of the lane which makes it appear she tried to share the lane. Those dump trucks are wide and have poor visibility directly around them. It wouldn’t surprise me if the driver never saw her. As for international drivers I think you might have a point. Just the other day I saw a muslim woman make a left turn directly in front of oncoming traffic. Her vehicle had dent marks all over it. Also saw a Somali young man almost run down a whole family (including baby in the stroller) crossing the street. The light was solid red for him, yet when the family was no longer in the way he went to drive forward and had to stop because traffic going across was going. It’s scary out there.

Bike lanes are a no funded project? Why should taxpayers pay for lanes that you have zero insurance, no plates or road taxes for the creation or maintenance of these stolen roads?
When are the fines for cyclists who continue blow stop signs and lights? This ain't a one way street. The entitlement of cyclists is a growing problem and needs to be dealt with with laws or chaos will ensue. This isn't hard to see?

The reality is there is no enforcement to the level of yesteryear and if there was a heavy penalty and consequence, it would change behavior. The "Defund the Police" movement has caused a lack of enforcement in various areas of public safety and the city of Toronto will suffer for it. We need to make some tough decisions and they will be unpopular.

Development charges have gone from $36k per unit 15 years ago to $241K today. Values of property (appraisals) are based on a comparative basis so when a property built in 2009 has $200K less development charges than a new home built today, these taxes create an inflated value to all homes, including those built 15 years ago. Excess taxation and inability to control offshore money laundering going into real estate has created a major bubble. When you factor in the uncontrollable immigration and exploitive international student cash cows, you get a country that is so out of whack it could take generations to fix....terrible government management and an absolute shit show coming to your neighbourhood.
