ちなみにブラジルでは物が手に入りにくいのでミシン用オイル使ってます😅

自分もミシンオイルを使った事がありますが熱に弱いです。無いなら車のエンジンオイルの合成油を使いましょう。

ブーツの性能でメーカーは選びますが、フィットネスブーツでしたらニンジャのエーベック7レベル充分だと思います。
