Low light ISO increment noise test GH4 (400 - 1600 ISO)

In response to a couple of queries regarding my last video of how to set the ISO increment on Panasonic GH4 to 1/3. It turns out that the 1/3 stops (250 ISO, 320, 500, 640, 1000,1250, etc.)don't introduce more noise than the default (200, 400, 800, 1600).
I wasn't sure of this so I tested it out and here are the results.

Upon uploading this video I noticed it seems a little darker than when I was filming and editing it. Still, it clearly shows that 1600 ISO is noisier than 1000 ISO and 1250 ISO.
