Also, is this a shoe I could use for an everyday shoe? I am wearing Xeros right now. Just starting wearing a few weeks ago. Thank you Patty

I thought this was supposed to tell us how to train our feet. I guess we’re just supposed to wear minimalist shoes.

We train our feet simply by wearing shoes that allow the feet to use their muscles, thus strengthening abilities in the rest of the body

Start small and work your way into wearing "barefoot shoes" longer and longer. Also consider Earth Runner sandals.
