What I have decided to attempt is, realising that primarily people need a strong meaning of life to do anything, Is to teach Christianity to the self improvement, PUA and incel community.
I noticed what it did to Roosh V and wondered If we could do this en masse. If we return the spirit of a civilisation, then I reason that we get stronger.

I don't see how it's possible for us to have a legitimate "ambassador" at this point. I agree that Spencer was a disaster; I've never liked the guy. But won't anyone that pokes the bear hard enough to get noticed be buried instantly regardless of their reputation? The fact is, you can be the sort of stand-up guy you're describing , but the system is organized such that the second you let it known that you have dissident right opinions, that's it - reputation zero.
The problem with folks that are "good optics" - you know, have full time jobs, families, social lives, etc. is that they have way too much to lose, and there's no right-wing safety net to catch them when they are inevitably demonized and fall. I'm one of these people, and I'm pretty sure that the folks I work with every day... kind, helpful individuals that have gone to bat for me many times... I'm pretty damn sure that if they even knew my politics they'd not only spit in my coffee, they'd sabotage my fucking career.
And on accelerationism, does it have to be total civil war, or nothing. I'm sure this has been addressed everywhere (I'm not well-read on the concept) and I'm just wondering, what's wrong with a form of moderate acceleration if such a thing can exist? If we're in the frog/boiling water situation and we're swiftly on the way to "too late," which is definitely the case in my opinion, don't we need some sort of shock to the system? Maybe I'm off base and not even talking about accelerationism anymore - again, I have a pretty rudimentary understanding of the concept.

    • @tatsuya2112
      @tatsuya2112 Před 5 lety +5

It is impossible, another problem is like it or not, many people are "brainwashed" to believe that nationalism is inherently evil in the west, that alone means getting someone who can posit our agenda is near impossible, not to mention you'd need it in multiple countries, not just 1.
When most talk about accelerationism, they are usually talking about either a economic collapse or social collapse aka civil war, the reason for this is like it or not, the right is unlikely to ever regain power in the west simply because the politicians want leftist policies, the only way for that to change is to completely clean the government of it's current problems in the system, which cannot be done without some form of chaotic upheaval, as for civil war itself, it would likely be social conflict, mass rioting, etc, not 2 armies fighting each other.
The real problem and i'm sorry dave but i consider you one as well, the "normies" (for lack of a better word), will avoid the writing on the wall, will avoid doing anything about the terrible situation we're in, until it effects them, tens of thousands of children are being trafficked by people in power in the us alone and most of the normies will get annoyed at best then go about their day, doing nothing about it, epstien raped and molested thousands on his own most likely, yet none of his "clients" will ever see justice because the people won't push for it.
Accelerationists see the collapse of society as the only hope for a return to sanity, to avoid a apocalypse of it's own, ironically for a religious man, i do not see dave mentioning how similar we are to the days of noah and of sodom and gamorrah, which is one of the signs of the "end of days" to most christians.
For me i seek a collapse, which i will undoubtedly die in, as the only way to ensure that tomorrows children won't have to live through the hellscape that is coming.

I think that it’s entirely possible to synthesize the accelerationist philosophy with the community building that you’re talking about. The problem you seem to be pointing to is the anarchic accelerationists, which I would say are in the majority as of now. However, we also have the separatist accelerationists, who seek to prepare for civil war by forming militias and sustainable communities. At this point, I would reckon that about 10% of the right think that a political solution is not feasible. That is a minority, but a minority we cannot afford to lose. Therefore, we need to take up the type of “separatist” mentality, finding common ground on the networks we are trying to form.
Essentially, sustainable communities that can operate outside of the mainstream, and when the time comes, reclaim the mainstream.

What the polish nationalist right has realized is that we must take politically radical action ergo work outside of the political seats of power at a local level and grow a base. Once we have this base we infiltrate and take over local power, starosta, skarbnik and burmistrz and wójt positions. This Way we gain power over entire cities and because we have some qutonomy we can start working nów at a higher level. This imo is the Way tj go.
Because we cannot win politically as of right nów So we need to put politics aside and create a competent base first before literally parasitically infecting politics. Having local power means your party albeit not in absolute position making decisions has enough power TK actually work within the system. And has power and finance to create a voting base. As well as support and give a base of operations for your leader and groups.
There are no political solution simply only radical ones, this is a Universal rule for the right right nów. We must work outside of the system doing things that are un acceptable to Our opponents all the Time and propagating ourselves in the process, never losing aight of optics. For example in Płock the lone Christian boy who stood against the lgbt march with his cross held high, is Just this kind of action the only mistake was a lack of escalation to violence if the Polic did not stóp the march.

As far as I understand that's hard to do since the algorithms on the streaming sites try to keep things down. Billie Eilish is actually a Hollywood project since she was a little girl, she was promoted and shot up quickly in the charts.
We can probably employ the Streisand effect to our favor if a band/artist gets shut down.

The general sentiment is correct and I understand this is a throwaway, however some of the details are so incorrect that I'm not sure if it is a wise decision to even publish the video.
    1) The problem with leadership is not that there are no leaders or that they are not being trained. Rather, the moral taste bud for authority is not trained. The people who would follow the leader will not do so due to a trained preference for disobedience. If there was a good leader, we wouldn't know and we wouldn't follow. Therefore there isn't a point in training in a leader who will have no support no matter how good he is.
    2) You are severely downplaying the core reason why any right wing movement is limited - the family and loyalty moral tastebuds. Right wingers are either too young or preoccupied with protecting their families and their livelihoods to take any risks in the political or public arena. You can talk about optics all you want but any movement that doesn't give a voice to a family, and even some that do, is digging its own grave.
Like in a previous point, this is another instance of the general public being trained to undervalue family as a moral value.
    3) Although I agree with the general desire for more art that depicts right wing values (like the above authority and loyalty), your approach is fatally flawed. Right wingers will NOT take risks associated with creating art. The CAN however very easily CURATE such art, especially if its already existing. Instead pushing people to take risks, why dont we support people who already are, like Trevor Moore. Why dont we order and patron the creation of another "Aeneid" to last throughout ages.
    4) Much like in other 3 points, in this one you are also thinking like a leftist. You are trying to copy and make redundant what is already out there. You are making pepsi. Why not invert the patronage of patreon, and instead of giving money to peoples ideas, instead submit requested work and offer a payment and then wait for an artist to pick up the challenge. Just like moldbug is trying to take back the bit.
Moreover, its a better idea to make the worries of todays engineering and technology irrelevant - technology is stagnant and the next shift will make ALL past platforms obsolete. If you are to CURATE or ENGINEER techology - take control of that next shift.

Many might not like this statement but I think that Jordan Peterson is a spiritual leader masquerading as a psychologist/professor/media personality. He has been careful to present Christianity in a way that makes it seem compelling and unobjectionable to the atheistic-minded and has successfully made the case that one of the main streams our culture is downstream from (whether we know it or not) is Christianity.

@FifesAndClarions There's a lot there and I'd basically agree except to say that his eclecticism, like the fact that he draws inspiration from thinkers like Nietzsche/Jung and that his version of Christianity has a gnostic flavour, is much a part of why he's palatable to people, why they're willing to listen when he brings up Christianity. Like it or not, any appeal to the necessity for each individual to find "actual Jesus" simply wont convince anyone who is not already on that path in one form or another.

I think something not expanded upon enough was the fact that Right Wing Trolling can sometimes just target a non-issue or an easy target purely for the sake of humor. A great example was the entire "Saga" of "HWNDU", while hilarious and ultimatley effective, the amount of planning, analysis and math (look it up if you don't know it's really amazing) that went into the whole thing was insane, all by a bunch of non-centralized internet "Trolls". Could you imagine if all those "Trolls" got together to organize rallies or events or their own media campaigns, it could be truly something we've never seen before. What the "dissidence" needs is changing the narrative. To do that, what it probably needs is its own (very accomplished) movie... With the Internet, it now would not even depend on mainstream distribution, and could have a wider reach than independent pictures ever did before. Even epic special effects are far easier to do than they used to. How about an epic adaptation of "Camp of the Saints"? It is hugely epic, widely recognized, and incredibly sophisticated in its understanding of EVERYTHING that is going on today...

The issue of the artist i find... Is thsg you never get enough good criticisms. I have tried writing and keep making works and no matter if i finish a project, i never get proper constructive criticisms which is beyond necessary for me. I crqve criticisms because the ultimate failure is never getting the feedback necessary. Which is why i Say we need forum for these creators. We need a place for them to i teract and spread these product of culture.
PS the only Time o get feedback is my poetry since its simply So short. But i o one of te most vital artforms we need is songs and music. Most movement in modernity have been embodied by certain songs. Songs that People pwrticipate in and that defi ę the spirit of their Time and their culture and views.
And finały some advice, dont write with a core message you want to get across that tends to form on its own. Distributist is right that Just mąkę up a story, its all there imbued by you into your story by defaukt. (When you read leftist art you will often see what they literally think, their work is to always be taken literally)

It's insanely alienating being a right-wing person who wants to do music or art for a living. Leftists just constantly hammer the idea that you can't be creative so much so that I don't even think I actually can. I mean, I can create but I'm missing that magical "it" that you are supposed to have when you do good art. They're actually successfully ruined my mental state when it comes to art and so I really think there needs to be some kind of place for right-wing artists to actually be amongst each other so that you don't end up like that.

@Boethius i agree it cant be Just this scary place it has to be quite open in fact. But even if its Just a place right wingers go, we can brand it in Such a Way that we can propagate right wing artists without scaring People off. Hell the classical art forum sounds decent. Or defiance art, that might sound more radical but could be Say a movie makers forum. The thing is 99 percent wont be good enough to break out from the forum but the point is to mąkę as much art, for the sake of practice, as possible. And then to propagate it some how in the internet, and Reality. Hell i have this fantasy that one Day a great scultpr shows up and mąkes an Amazing sculpture hailing the right and its heroes in a subtle but epic Way and simply with the help of this kind of forum manage to place it in his city Square as an art protest. People See the quality and passion behind it. The only way we go from forum to normie is generally art festivaks at peak Time in cities. Its a place to sell books have People read them out loud. And since they arent excplicitly for the sole purposes of being right wing right wing, hardly anyone Will detect what is going on. To this end you can hołd competitions and take your Best to thus place or choose their works. As far as branching out from the web, its going to be in protest form, imagine protest Theatre pkays put in by conpetent actos etc. Or nice graffiti or something along thoslines. Or simply as festivaks and competitions.
But then the issue is how do we mąkę sure this remains right wing, maybe an i tolerancję for progressive books, and a Policy that is subtly anti leftist with vague terms of Service meant to allow purges of leftists. While also never being excplicitly right wing and trad.
Either Way the general idea is that any Press, is good Press, as Long as you set your optics up right.

@@rhysf.505 I know the feeling most writers forum have become overrun and infestwd with lgbt and progressive writers. Mean while there are no other aspiring right wing writers and any art that cant wuickly be digested becomes aliebated yby virtue of People simply being Łazy.
And as far as that it, that something. We all have it, in particular the right has it and as bad as this sounds i often find that the Best Way to go about it is, to find an ideał you want to describe and let the emotion absolutely flow. Once you have a first draft then you go back and mąkę it technically sound, but the foundations of all art, in my opiniom, is that we imbue it with soul, spirit, and that is what mąkes it So animated. The left for all its follys and absolute stupidity at least let this over one them. IMO the right wing is far too obsessed with being rstional that we forget to let Our emotions into the Picture.

I think there might be a other option to simply have a toś that isnt as vague, but at the same Time mąkę the Focus of the forum something that Will naturalny attract right wing artists. Conbined with your idea and i think we have a solution on Our hands. Regardless its evident that we need a space for control. There could also be a means of promoting specific content to the top, by merit of course, and thus left wing content would simply Fall behind as well if it exists at all.

  • @Varlwyll
    @Varlwyll Před 5 lety +3

I would argue that a "content creator" is not an artist, unless that art is performative. Sitting and reading from a script is not the Artist, but the Educator. I think the right has far too many Educators, and not enough Artists. There are enough people writing scripts about ideas and too few doing things like making music, telling stories, or making other forms of art, and no, commenting on whatever trash was published by Vox yesterday is not ART. If you want to make a commentary channel, comment on the political implications of whatever is the favorite show right now. Byron de la Vandal made art, Xurious made art. Black Pilled's movie commentaries are more like art than most of these other moderately right wing channels. Go watch The Boys, and comments on how the villain is yet again a tall handsome blonde-haired blue-eyed white guy and how his foes are a black guy, a short goth woman and several other characters who look like they just crawled out of a sewer. Comment on how black clover uses royalty to portray how authority and power over the peasantry is bound to a duty to protect and possibly die for them.
Finally, stop claiming that center-left liberals are on our side or ARE us. They're the ones who created this problem to begin with. They planted the seed which produced the vine that winnowed away the garden by its touch.

Greg Johnson, Collin Cleary, Kevin MacDonald, Ricardo Duchesne, Guillaume Faye, even Paul Gottfried and Richard Spencer (yes, his 2010-2014 articles used to be great) to name but a few living writers, and Sam Francis, Lothrop Stoddard, Yockey, Vico, Nietzsche, Spengler, Heidegger, Carl Schmitt, just off the top of my head as foundational thinkers. Moldbug is basically a computer nerd with megalomaniacal impulses and who -- ironically enough -- eschews mentioning his "precursors" (I'm using the term kindly, as these include no lesser names than Max freaking Weber) thus showing even petit intellectuals with an actual academic training that he's just a blabbering dilettante with a STEM background, not to be taken seriously. I believe you forgot about an archetype that is necessary. See, as the communities the leaders you mentioned created grow from grassroots meeting and tea sessions and what not, into actual movements, they’re bound to face opposition from the Cathedral and its forces, and it seems to me that we, on the right, are completely ignorant of how powerful these forces actually are.
Those who control the press, the TV stations, social media, academia, will not entertain our ideas. They will not allow them to grow and will suppress them in any way we allow them to get away with. And while forming our own alternative means of communication is a necessity and a laudable goal, we have largely succeeded at that: there are countless blogs, a somewhat well developed community that you’re part of yourself, there are sites on DuckDuckGo and so on... everyone knows what I’m talking about.
Yet we are still seen as fringe, as hot headed outcasts, and more of the same will not help.
What we need is The Lawyer. Someone that:
    1) Ensures that we use every opportunity the system gives us to protect our values
2)Manipulates and alters the system so that more opportunities are available to us
This is especially important in the Anglosphere, where legal systems work by precedent. We cannot allow them to supress right wing praxis, even is the person in question wasn’t engaging in it with the intention of benefiting us. I speak, eg, of the Bake the Cake controversy. Had the case gone over to the other side, a dangerous precedent would have been set, that would have forever limited proper resistance and organization on our part. This was all prevented by proper legal action.
Another example I can think of is the recent wave of pro-life legislation in America. While we are still far from our goal, it was a huge step forward, and we need more people to valiantly push forward for steps like these. Likewise, we need people to set precedents in other cases that would benefit us: squash any attempt at policing speech (and manipulate public opinion on this, though, this is the job of the Ambassador), punishing orthodox believers for their views, harshly punish any progressive teacher that forces their view in the classroom, etc.
Set precedents, introduce legislation, bombard them with lawsuits, and so on. As we, hopefully, grow, we will come in contact with the system of the Cathedral and its mecha-normative aspects. We need specialists suited for this.
Other than that, this was a great video.

For me, I'm listening to things that more or less make sense, but then you start talking about Christianity and it all goes off the rails. Christianity offers, if anything anything positive at all, a sense of community. Beyond that, it's literally just delusion.

@@TheDistributist okay that's fine. But if you care to, please answer the question.
What does Christianity have to offer? If you've answered this already in another video, perhaps I'll find it eventually as I binge your channel, but I really would like to know. From the videos I've watched, I've grown a respect for your intelligence, and to me, intelligent people believing God is the ultimate oxymoron, and it's a subject I'm very interested in. I'm not trying to debate you or anything neccessarilly, this is just something that fascinates me deeply.

@@TheDistributist also, I'm cringing my way through your debate with Vaush, and i gotta say, you did a great job. Much respect for even bothering to talk to that cesspool.

That's a giant strawman. You didn't adress my point at all and you are moving a goalpost.
You are just a liberal larping as a traditionalist.
