Hi Gelli. I met your husband, Ariel, a long time ago here in San Jose, California. He had a concert here and they were at a restaurant in Milpitas. That restaurant no longer exist, but maybe you can sell your biko in other local, Filipino stores in the area. You never know. I'm highly interested because I love langka and plenty of the coconut topping. Good luck to you all!

I am also a de Belen living here in Scarborough and expert din ako sa paggawa ng biko, something that even FV Foods or any other Pinoy stores can't duplicate.
