Great work...as always. Would you clarify something for me please? CODEX is the Aspects available at the beginning or do I have to run the Dungeon associated with the Aspect?
Pretty much they made it easier now to get your aspects, which you can dismantle from items now so pretty much no more dungeon running for aspects... just need to run helltide/high level content to drop the aspect/item you need .. they made it grindy though for master working items which the material ownly drops from the "pit"..
is the ring of mendel a thing any more? also there a some difference in what your showing to what is on the planner. witch one do we follow exactly ?
Really helpful video. Why not put reanimation on amulet instead of unyielding because reanimation is a multiplicative damage aspect while unyielding is an additive one? I could be wrong but part of me still thinks that hulking aspect will be useful on boots instead of void because I'd already get a crazy good pull with tendrils with the extra radius and I don't see a lot of utility with void. If I do go with hulking on boots, I could go for other stats on the rings instead of the golem cooldown. Now that I think about it, if the cooldown on golem is overcapped, then even more cooldown reduction from the reaper goes toward the other skills instead.

The 6+ billion dmg isn't the auto-attack right? It's behind a CD. Plus the terrible AI...
@@Ancaruin it was when all was activated. army of the dead, blighted aspect, etc. etc. + the active skill, not the auto attack yes. so this 6 billion dmg was the spike of the dmg curve. in reality / nearly every situation the damage will be significantly lower

Does the mastery passives increase thorns dmg that comes from minions because its there dmg and not mine?
I think I may be the one one who is confused. Your item build + afix focuses, are these for the leveling part? 1-65? Or are they for when you switch to blight?
will you still be going shadow necro for levelling and/or endgame? curious to know which necro build you're choosing for yourself
I will try all of them - lvling mostly shadow/sever
I am very excited to finally play "minion build" - reminds me of th 30-Skeletons in D2 :) - i am just not sure which one... first getting to 100 lvling the glyphs...
I made the experience in last seaons that changing to a new build including crafting everything new is annoying - so i should decide before investing in tempering and masterworking
Exactly, I want to play a minion build also, but don't know which one to do. Although I do like when corpse explosion releases all that blight, especially with the sacri ring.
At least the nice thing is we will have all the stash space we could need to craft multiple gear sets with not having to hoard aspects. I fully plan to have several builds and swap between them for different activities. Armory system would be sweet for this but alas we can't have everything

start with bonespeer until level 30..then you can change into golem build
It would be nice if they did something with all that Armor that we can get, but not need anymore. Like "overcaped armor turns into % of damage reflection". Would be nice.
Bonus bonus Armor into some kind of damage reduction as well

My very first literal thought when the billion golem first appeared was âman this is awesome sauce, but man is the golem a derpâ so Iâm glad you also realize this sad fact
I wanna be team big boy but the Ai is terrible so since this is going to obviously be tremendously popular Iâm going to let everyone else work out the details and save me the headaches due to the possible ridiculous amounts of frustration of golem not working out so well while I try to craft undying bone spear mages
AI is sadly very stupid but hey at least the damage is working now!
AI improvement in our day and age should be possible

Both seems great and obvious no hate or malicious comparison intended: is this better than the maxroll version? They use blight by aspect, not in skillbar, also they take the minion last skill node, not the blight one. And many other changes. I'm just curious.

No problem if not, but would you elaborate in why this build is better overall or stronger/tankier/etc?
Also I just never liked blight skill so I prefer proc it by an aspect and the free slot use it for bone prison or maybe blood mist instead, a skill I really like, for example.
I've played Maxroll builds that were amazing, and some that were god-awful, where other lesser-known creators (or better-known in the case of P4wny :D) have setups that feel much better. In my experience take in many people's ideas, learn how everything works and why decisions are made, or just try different setups and go with the one you like best
@@etrosknight2254 I've also seen Minion necro from Rob, and he use blight in skillbar and blight mastery in last skill node meanwhile maxroll use Minion last node and auto-blight on gauntlet aspect. I've check every aspect from both and I can't decide tbh.
What stats do you want on the armor, also how are you generating essence
Idk if this helps you but if youâre struggling with essence i would recommend using cold mages with that you have way more essence
great build, i really like the paragon, thanks for that, i will use it for my own build. what i would change is: exploiters aspect on boots for extra 40% dmg multiplier on tormented bosses, using a 2H Scythe (higher Golem dmg) and Intelligence gems. the chinese player in the beginning had 2700 Int!
if all new changes are in the game, please give us your take on the one shot Uber boss build. it doesn't has to be playable, just has to delete tormented bosses in seconds. people might need such a build ;-)

I think Exploiter's does not give the 40%x damage against bosses, as bosses are not considered as being unstoppable, that's only the trash and elites with the broken chain icon over their head. Unless unstoppable is one of the effects that a boss is considered to have when they are staggered, not sure about that, but we don't see creators put Exploiters even on dedicated bossing setups so I think it won't work

Im going to do shadow necro with minions. You can go crazy with damge over time and shadowblight can do well over 1000x dmg

Can I still use shako + amulet? Will it be 8+4? Cause they sad, that After all, restrictions only work on tempering.
You cannot use Shako, it only gives +4 ranks to ACTIVE skills, not passives like Golem Mastery

@@P4wnyhof What is consuming the corpses besides summoning minions? Cause once all minions are summoned you aren't consuming corpses anymore and Tendrils "doesn't consume a corpse"

Why 2H sword instead of 2H scythe? Some guides prefer scythe due to higher base damage
2H Sword = Critical Strike Damage - Thats it :)

Max Int + Paragon Board and Diamonds is enough :)
so with the new priest buff added to boots the priest empower you when they heal your skeletons the moor points you got into Bonded in Essence adds to the priest buff giving you 30k DPS on test sever I went from 100k DPS to 130 k DPS keep in mind in S4 patch the moor your DPS goes up the moor your pets damage goes up making Bonded in Essence one of the new top skills
Adding skill ranks to bonded in essence grants you more healing now and increase in dps. If blood getters is 70% then you net about a 21% dps increase regardless of ranks in bonded in essence
@@IamRekt the new aspects is a % of the healing so if you make the heal go higher you get moor dps
@@2112deadsky what where are you getting this from? The skeletal priest has two benefits itâs a % heal and a % damage increase, the damage bonus is 30%
The blood getter aspect is empowering you to receive 70% of the healing and 70% of the 30%
The damage bonus isnât based on how much you heal

@@IamRekt at rank 3 the skill adds 60 moor healing the new aspect boost you 30-50% of the healing done so what it dose is the moor the priest the heal the greater the DPS buff is. you can also tempering a longer lasting buff onto gear so you got the buff up moor often

Yeah it would be nice if there were some mechanism that let us pick their target, like if we curse something that becomes the target or something.

The problem with this build is golem ai is terrible.
Luckily you can just spam the active pretty much and always target it. Plus that will make you constantly unstoppable. I think the build will be just fine because of that.
Especially around duriel...just runs in circles around it
Not only the golem but regular minions too, theyâre slow to target and waste a lot of time walking around.

I would love to have one-shot, but two-shot is acceptable. Hope they won't nerf it again because three-shot to take down a Lv 200 uber is too much.

Why my Golem not doing hundred of million damage? It only do like 20mil per active skill if fully buffed with vuln + blight aspect

To be fair this nerf hits everyone - just that minions really did profit from the passives
6 billion to 1 billion is a bit more than slight nerf. Would not be surprised to see it get nerfed even harder. Amazing how changing things for the plus always takes a long time yet the nerf gun is always instant with no CD.

so your gonna take int/cooldown/golem ranks on ammy instead of hellbent command ranks/cooldown/golem ranks...harder ammy to find but more dmg
On Amulett is probably cooldown and all ranks (if you can find it)

This is going to be my first necro playthrough - and iam playing D4 since closed beta in october 2022 xD
There will be a nerf on minions for sure, since if they get 100% of our stats and an item gives 100% dmg to us AND the minions, the minions will get 200%, so such aspects will be nerfed, so we need to find what works like that and abuse....i mean test it before they fix it. Additionally all nodes and skills that give armor and resist to minions will need rework since they are useless now

@@DovahTheHero What was changed was you can no longer get +ranks to Golem/Skelly Mastery on your armor pieces, only amulet. This reduction in the maximum level of Golem Mastery is what results in the net 50% loss in potential damage
They nerfed Minions to the ground at the beta (lvl 25 lol) You can't do worst, only by give 1% of each stat instead of 100%? But that will be insane stupidity we know it.
Golem nerf is reasonable but really fast compare to Barbarian who waiting 2 entire Season before get a hammer nerf in the face.

There have been changes in Golem Mastery that reduce the DMG by around 60%.
He's still extremely strong, but he got annoyed.
These changes are literally mentioned in the first 60s
golem nerfed by around 3 times so those 6b is gonna be 2b on release... still crazy S tier but no longer one shotting everything

What the game needs now is loot filter, so i wont have to look for the stats i need on every piece that drops
After you reach lvl 100 you will look only on the great affixes items, rest are useless
