Most Criminal MLAs MPs of the country is withdrawing Criminal Laws.
Manufacturers of substandard drugs - they should be fined and the company's name and drug name should be made known to public. Drug Authority should do checks and release this information. Company A make 95% standard drug and Company B makes 90% standard drug. If people get to know this information, people will make the decision on what to buy. Manufacturers are not single person. Who will you jail?

80% of prisoners in India are under-trials, meaning their cases are still pending final verdict, so they're in jail without being convicted or proven guilty. That's the deplorable state of criminal justice system in India. The Police can easily implicate anyone in false cases. And after this Act, it'll be more empowered to do so.
