First let me ask if your bought original Windows key..? If this is the Original key then it should not ask. If it is not original or pirated key then check with your vendor

भाई normally to जब आप formate करके same windows install करते हो तो windows automatically activate ho jaati hai.... You can follow the same process to check your windows key... But first check if your windows is activated or not.?
