I love her hekatean books and essay collections- Liminal rites is amazing and it’s fantastic that there are Southern Hemisphere practitioners who have written essays that are included- the Artimis book wasn’t as good though :-(

Right?! That album got me through some huge changes in my life. Since doing this review, I've been playing the album again nonstop! Also, I do have a book on Priestessing in my TBR. I'll share about it in the next few months.

I loved her Liminal Rites book and I wanted more and even started looking at Keeping Her Keys and really wanted more in terms of the Historical part of how Hecate came into being.

Yes, this is a great book. Thank you for reviewing these books. I don't quite understand the emphasis on a subscription to receive books when they can be bought through Amazon and delivered within a few days. Maybe I am missing something.
The book subscription comes with access to a private forum to discuss our reading together as we go along each month, along with a live online gathering at the end of each month so we can connect, create community and meet with the actual authors of the books we read to go deeper into the wisdom they are offering. Ultimately, I'm creating community around learning and deepening witchcraft.

How would you compare this book to the book you reviewed on July 4th, 2019 also about Hekate? I think it was called "Keeping her keys" or something similar...
I would say that if you were only going to buy one of these books, buy Keeping Her Keys. That said, they are different books, so it depends on what you're looking for. Keeping Her Keys outlines an entire modern tradition centered on Hecate, this book is an anthology that gives you examples of the different direct experiences or gnosis had by devotees of Hecate. Both are useful.
