Very good reaction! You are right, “Malamente”, as other music videos from the album “El mal querer” (the bad loving) are full of symbolism and Spanish cultural references not always easy to grasp. But I think you got it right with the bull charging against the man as a metaphor of the woman of this story being seduced by the man. This song is the first of the album and also is the first chapter of a story based on an ancient book (XIV century) about a toxic relationship, the album is structured into songs-chapters telling the story. Each song has its own name but also a name for the chapter, in this case “Augurio” (Omen - something bad you feel inside is gonna happen). Please react also to “Pienso en tu mira” (thinking about your gaze) being the third chapter and also named “Celos” (jelaousy), its beautiful both visually and musically. Love from Madrid Spain
