Just to be clear: Yes, the 918 is sold out (they were all sold before the final one was even produced). That being said, there are dealerships that still sell them, they're not all with end users. The market price is around $2 million for everyone, not just Lebron. $845,000 was the retail price, but only 918 people were able to buy it retail from Porsche. A lot of those owners then flipped them to dealers or other customers for a hefty profit, hence the insane mark up. Supply and demand.
also not to forget having to get onto a buyers list for it, and being eligible means you must really be a high spender with the Porsche dealers and/or have a fleet of rare Porsches
