I watched the inauguration. Sorry, but the background music was annoying. Why was it played as dignitaries were talking?

Please don't take this comment wrong but Louisiana isn't so great anymore..it's beautiful landscape and the Creole culture but the low paying jobs minimum wage and the cost of living the over taxation etc does not make this state so great anymore is it not true Louisiana is one of the poorest states in America? Please don't take this comment wrong anyone their dreams not mine my dreams have all been destroyed. The only way to have a great life in this state is to be a millionaire or something.and the screwed up streets and potholes my God talking about destroying vehicles.

How ironic that Jeff admires his mother's goal to "tear racial barriers down." Meanwhile, his first deal of business (starting today) is redistricting and voter disenfranchisement, aiming to further silence minority and disadvantaged voters in LA. Towards the end, he boldly proclaims the "unity" and "diversity" of Louisiana that he is already fighting against. Where is the unity in carving out new district lines, anyway?
Another thing I noticed is that--just like Trump--he likes to speak directly to YOU. "To the people of Louisiana, there is something quite extraordinary about you" or "More importantly, we still love to love." I'm not fooled, Jeff! It's not about me or us. It's already all about YOU.

What about innocent people who are convicted???? Blackstone's Formulation and what our Founding Father John Adams had to say has happened in Louisiana. When the innocent are condemned....you eventually have a breakdown of society. Crime needs to be handled, I agree, but Louisiana has some wrongs to make right. 6th Amendment is and always should have been respected in our state. I agree with a lot of what you say, but convicting the innocent and excessively sentencing people just creates more distrust. FIX IT.

So from the tv series Oprah basically 😮told us a Landry was about to run it 😂I've been in Louisiana for 15 years and the blacks still struggle the most in everything now others are before blacks beside the whites 😢 Louisiana is really gone
