My favorite thing about this makeup tutorial is the whole "fuck it" attitude. Willam teaches makeup in a way that says you do makeup for yourself because you want to be pretty so who cares if this is uneven or that line is too thick because it's your look so do whatever the fuck you want.

I’m going back through and watching all these older videos. God, I can’t believe this is just over FIVE YEARS OLD. I remember watching when it was first uploaded. It’s so crazy how much Willam has changed. I mean, obviously comfortable in front of a camera here, but now SO much more confidence in true self-expression. Willam just doesn’t give a shit and will say whatever comes to mind first, and I LOVE that. Even though it’s shown here in bits, you can definitely tell just how much has changed ,now, when the jokes start rolling. The mug, the hair, the voice... everything is so different now. Don’t let that be misconstrued. I love “both” sides of Willam. Then vs Now, it’s just so amazing to see the evolution of this channel.
