- This machine produce very much brown gas (HHO) and store it compressed in a gas bottle. Later we can do test's with a combustion engine.
¡BE CAREFUL! This is very dangerous, in one of our tests the bottle explode and broke the manometer and hoses. - Věda a technologie
A friend made a test under which pressure HHO exploded... It ignited at 195 Bars and ripped the steel block appart where it was compressed in.. It was directly the HHO cell that produced the pressure from electrolysis.... He was lucky, that the steel screews did not hit him... but Manometer showed 195 bars before it exploded.... But better be safe, never compress HHO and better only produce small quantities *ON DEMAND* for some torches or so and always use several bublers and safety arrestor valves...Regards, Stefan.
195 bar is over 2800 psi…. Youd need a pretty damn good pump to reach 2800 psi.. nitrogen is only given at 2k. Oxygen at 3k.. hydrogen bottles are usually given like propane levels.. 200lbs at most and youd need a license in order to even get any amount of the gas from a distributor.. im pretty sure your just a lying piece of shit who acts like they know shit but gets called out on it constantly because of your pretentious attitude.. lol
You know you can actually speak and describe what we are looking at> I know it's a pretty new feature to the net but it's cool! You can make a talky now!
be careful H must be above 96% / 97% pure to compress and an "empty" tank has residue in it as well. The Oxygen molecule gets too hot when compressed and can spontaneously combust. If you want to do this look into PEM electrolysers and or chemically breaking down aluminium to get 99.99% H. Good luck. The fridge compressor is a good idea.
Hey sir can you explain the part of breaking down Aluminium so as to get 99% Hydrogen
@@Daboresa here's a video of chemical breakdown to produce h, enjoy: czcams.com/video/3NNwU4NwLUc/video.html
Yes, the oxygen is already included, therefore either compression, or static could set it off. And the hole it could blow could be huge.
it is amazing how quiet those compressors are.
RIP hgfrind. I guess you knew it was dangerous but still it was a shock to hear about the accident. :(
Just found this, those bottles are normally pretty tough. To reduce the exploding bottle problem should pull a partial vacuum which will also allow more gas storage (chilling the bottle first also allows for more storage but also more pressure once it warms up) , but hydrogen does leak past seals which has been proven through several explosions in the past. Nice idea for running a HHO torch but for a hot flame you need oxygen as well separate, that push's the flame temp up enough to weld steel.
HHO is already the right mix of oxygen and hydrogen to reach the highest temperature of 2800°C.
@@rennrad0815 that's right I agree with you 👍
Nobody seems to consider the possibility that he's separating the gases. There's no way of telling what his cell looks like inside.
Definitely looks like a sketchbomb, though.
I hope you are still alive my friend...
Excelente diseño!! una pregunta no existe un riesgo alto de que se produzca alguna chispa en las válvulas de laminas internas del compresor? que precauciones hay que tomar a la hora de comprimir el HHO? saludos!
Yes I know. This is very dangerous, in one of our tests the bottle explode and broke the manometer and hoses.
Thank You.
Well you guys are on my frankenstein list. Ive been trying to compress HHO also
but Im not at the building stage yet. Good luck
Man, you' re going to have a fantastic firework show in your house!! Please, stop compressing that!!
When the lid was off I was holding my breath and hoping there were no sparks anywhere with all that HHO around the room.
I was producing much less, but lighting the bubbles that came out of the bubbler gave quite surprisingly loud and high-pitched bangs.
One of the early HHO guys was doing this during a YT video, when one of the bubbles was big enough to connect back to the main HHO generator in a really big plastic electrical box. It went bang in a big way, and the camera pointed at the ceiling in silence for some time. Fortunately he didn’t die.
in pressure Hydrogen and oxigen produce heat which is act as self ignition compressed HHO are very very sensitive to heat.
so bro dont try this dangerous experiment just for your own safty you can try to compress both gases separately
o+oil of the compressor!!!
Very dangerous
good very good
how many psi can you compress it tops? i read 2 to 3 times atmospheric pressure? so like 45 psi?
mis respetos para ti , Valiente !
you need to write a will and testament
¿ Como es que funciona tu equipo ?¿ El compresor es sólo para poder envasar el hho ? ¿Tienes diagrama de tus celdas ? Son celdas húmedas ¿ verdad ?
wow you my friend have balls to compress that gas lol... be safe dude. :)
This is so cool. No idea what it does but it's awesome.
I have one of those refrigerator compressors linked to an oxygen concentrator, which is also linked into a pancake compressor I just see the compressor off and let the refrigerator compressor do all the work for the intake from the oxygen concentrator to the tank all have one way flow hydrogen is tricky so his oxygen really cool build I'm definitely going to be getting some ideas from this one
Glad I saw the comment section , will take that advice.
Want to set up hydrogen power generation storage for off grid
You forgot to add: "Under ordinary conditions on Earth, elemental hydrogen exists as the diatomic gas, H2 "
awesome job man!
A tip friend: hho should not almacenarce homemade under pressure as it is highly dangerous and can explode at any circumstance, I produce hho but I store no more than 1galon and flexible containers: latex balloons, condoms, etc.. Be very careful what you do, even if you think it's okay to miss. regards
implode...
The people here leaving negative comments need to quit being little panzies and realize that these types of experiments are NECESSARY. Do you think that a company like GE with hands in the pockets of every company on earth, is going to make safe HHO compression within composite materials accessible? I APPLAUD this man!
They are not necessary, it is well known why it's an incredibly bad idea to try and compress a stoichiometric mix of H2 and O2 (the mix can actually go from deflagration to detonation), same goes for exposing an oxygen rich atmosphere to hydrocarbons (compressor oil)...
This has been known before the beginning of the 20th century!
yeah many scientist need to devote life so people will learn by example. others will not learn how dangerous it is until somebody blow up into peices by doing so. somebody has to be as you said.
They had a system such as this on the Hindenburg.
VERY cool...go man go! Be safe.
Well...you may have a point there and dangerous as it is you have to admit he is "off the grid" "making his own fuel" so there's a little danger involved just like starring down the throat of a carburetor. Your name is like playing with a loaded bomb or maybe Russian ruelette...?...He's back by the way
has anyone advised you to be extremely careful storing a gas mixture like that?
HHO is an EXPLOSIVE mixture containing fuel and oxygen - this is a BOMB
I was cringing the entire video, please don't compress hydrogen with oxygen
+DeepRootsFilms Gasoline and propane do not explode when compressed, but when hydrogen and oxygen together, they react by exploding, whereas in gasoline or propane, you need a spark or heat source to ignite it.
+DeepRootsFilms more than 30 PSI the HHO is unstable.
so the storage should only be done with HH
Obviously, if this situation produces such volatility, it can be used to make incredible amounts of energy with small amounts of product.
Samir Bavkar why not?
bec it explods?
great.
use it with a piston engine.
DeepRootsFilms the bloke is real. dont compr hh and o
it will ignite
but do it in acompustion chamber
...
the only sad story is that hh is known for three hundrud years
and we started to pay money after it was disc for oil
how stupid is this planet?
OMG, you're insane!
i would use a spark back arrester so a flame does not blow up your hard work in the form as a fire brick like you see at the front of gas fires the bit that glows oringe
i have seen hho production increase at 400 atmospheres but what are your results in a vacuum . are you pulling better hho or water vapor. thanks
I was wondering how you stop the HHO Gas from igniting from the electrical components inside the compressor
friend live in Brazil.
The compressed gas of the hydrogen does not issue a compressed time?
@TheGuru2You Look up hoffman apparatus... You can build PVC versions of the hoffman apparatus...
The Hoffman apparatus seperates hydrogen and oxygen into seperate streams... there are a lot of home build electrolyzers that produce them is two seperate streams...
are this comperessor turn the hydrojene from a gas to a liquid
Thats so cool now all you need its storage
Like a natural gas bottle or something to hook it up to a fork-truck and see it run on water!
I like that idea if that's what I want to do to my pickup truck actually want to put storage tank on board and I have the compressor with the fuel cell as my home gas station. I ve hvac class in the past if you could could you send me idea how to put that together.
NICE BUILD ur crazy bro hope u got hella safty percuasion running this thing, any way if u have any explosion footage i would love to see it , not cus i whant to see u fail or somthing i would like to no how dangerous what ur doing is? every boby talks but i would like to no just how power full it canbe
Static electricity from your hand can set it off just touchning the regulator
Meh, this is actually set up very well, but I do agree on the fact that if your compressing fuel plus oxidizer you should Definitely beef up the containment , such as flash arrestors for the containment tank lines and check valves to keep it contained, otherwize theres not much danger as long as you keep in mind whats in there, nicely done!
People have been making HHO gas to boost fuel economy and gain more power with good results and very little danger for years as its an unpressurised gas. The HHO Kits when installed propily come with a lot of safety factors built in. But other people have been killed trying to pressured HHO gas.
I was going to ask where you released the oxygen until I read your comment
Ok magnífico quantos volts e Ampére?
great machine how many psi can you compress it safely???
where can i get this? and does he have a flux capacitor as well?
some of the older welder/cutting units ran at high pressure/temperature. seem to get more bang for you buck. i pressurized my cells now. but i am not sure about putting it in tank but i wonder if simple charcoal can aid in absorbtion make it more reliable. charcoal seems to absorb hydrogen but i am not sure about oxygen.
İs this guy still alive :))
@TheGuru2You It is easy to do electrolysis of H2O and get separate H2 and O2. What is difficult about it?
10 years ago this was uploaded and only now CZcams recommended it for me. How about some more up to date videos CZcams?
I pray no one gets hurt.
you could add a pressure switch tow of them and don't have to do manual
you must have big balls dude!
i remember how just a flash back made me shit my pants! let alone compressing the mixture on a metallic cylinder
Is this guy just compressing the hydrogen?
Surely hes not compressing a mixture of H2 and O2 that would be madness,
thats a BOMB
RIP dude.
What are your plans for the stored gas??
Can I get part list pls
Ever see a O regulator gage. Esp the old ones. It says in small print "no oil"
What is your purpose for compressing?
Just curious ....
This could give ya case of SHHODS
(sudden hho death syndrome)
Safer. Be sure to clean everything in contact with the Oxgen with solvent, any oil or greese on or in the pipes, on your fingers will cause spontaneus combustion and an explosion, refer to safety handling procedure's for Oxygen ;)
you should separate the gases before compression
i think you should make a dry cell with H out and O out and then compress only the H output
gas in that bottle burns "? i do not understand the reactions. what are you doing there ?
where is your condenser coil?
First of all I think that's so cool ,I was going to do the same thing with a car a/c vacuum pump to get the pressure to raise in the fuel rail to30 to 60 psi to power a automobile . That was my idea. But I just realized the danger reading this. I honesty believe this video actually saved my life. I have had several flash backs that exploded my containers
Eh, what is life if you dont do something with it aside from working for somebody elses benefit so you can pay the bills and raise a child while suddenly you stop getting any and dont for 25 years then you finally retire just to be too broken and hurt to do anything else then just rest which speeds up the dying process that you retired to wait for.. so you spread your seed to keep on procreating and help ultimately devour every resource this planet has until theres no more anything and creation as we know it ceases to be..
Take risks, blow off a testicle or arm, ya got two.. and if you go out with a bang then others will think you went out doing something with your life rather than “oh he got old n died”. Wouldnt you rather be the “yea that son of a bitch was fuckin around with some crazy chemical electrolysis and blew up half the house”…?
NICE!! VERY Nice..
Wait for your compressor windings to short out.......You will be standing in the blast area.....YIKES.
imagine how they felt prototyping the first natural gas compressor.. probably shitting bricks too them i'd imagine..
amigo la celda que tenes estas generando solo hidrógeno, o con oxigeno al tiempo.
no es peligroso almacenar el hidrógeno con oxigeno que de pronto haga explosión.....
does any compressor work ???
You're a braver man than me, storing hydrogen & oxygen like this could be catastrophic. Be careful with this setup!
I agree this is very dangerous.. you need to be using a fuel pump ..not a compressor.. this compressor does not have a isolated internal pump and creates a static charge when air passes through the line.. this at the least needs to be grounded for safe static discharge..if enough static builds up while this thing is running it could ignite internally and depending on the compression and amount of fuel contained could be a very bad seen..
hola amigo
quisiera saber el nombre de lo materiales que usastes, los planos como va instalado todo, estoy muy interesado en este proyecto y quier hacerlo igual al tuyo, soy de colombia perdona si hay algun error en la ortografia
gracias
Ok, this is awsome. i have been pondering about how i could pressurize and store HHO gas as well.. but i would prob. gone some lengths into spark protection all that electricity.. dude if a fly land on the wrong spot and catches fire.. and u have a gas leak.. shit.. nasty (or whatever that sparks catches fire in the vicinity)
My mate could hook you up with a partical accelerator if you want...
hello friend
would like to know the name of what materials did you use, the plans and everything is installed, I am very interested in this project and any like yours do, I'm from Colombia sorry if there is an error in the spelling
thanks
i do refrigeration what oil are you using in the compreser
poe
plans please
BRAVE MAN!!!!
I think you don't need a compressor to transfer hydrogen and oxygen in a bottle ,the hho generator can transfer direct to the bottle in a compress or pressurize hydro-oxy gas if ur hho generator is enclosed and no leak.just be sure that your compressed gas in a normal temperature condition .
has this guy heard of a blowback arrestor?
friend you could compress the gas of H2O?
found another way?
I live in Brazil began more are not stopped by conceguir
buy gas for a safer way.
be able to help me. thank you.
awaiting response.
Oh yeah Kempy..Just so you know I used to work as a UST(Underground Storage Tank) inspector for The EPA and I know what static discharge can do when you are forcing air through a tube.. it will spark if their is no ground connected to discharge it. I have a extensive knowledge in the petro field but I know for a fact soon we will run our cars solely off of water. Its inevitable but staying alive long enough to tell others is another story..seriously..Private message me and i will tell you why.
Are you still alive? =)
Like silent forest.
Just checked out the profile of the uploader - last activity 27 Aug 2011 - he has probably blown himself up.
The uploader states that his machine produces "HHO" - this is a perfect stochiometric mixture of hydrogen and oxygen (I agree with another poster that calling a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen HHO is very irritating to somebody who knows that the mixture is actually 2 x H2 + 1 x O2 - hydrogen and oxygen gasses exist as molecules, not individual atoms).
Even uncompressed this is dangerous!
I like your idea... I have been considering the same thing... Disregard the idiots who say it's too dangerous to work with... I am sure you have considered that too... I am interested in learning how you separate the Hydrogen from the Oxygen, in order to keep it from returning to H2O... Are you isolating the Hydrogen, in some way? I know you do not need a tank that can hold more than about 60 Pounds of pressure, so a propane bottle is more than adequate. An Oxygen bottle would be even more safe
and also if your compressor windings get grounded or overheated your compressor itself will explode... it is very risky its good for now...
Ok, Can someone plz tell me what this HHO Brown gas is? it sounds dangerous. I mean i love chemistry but iv never really hear anyone talk about it.
You do realize that that thing on your bench could flatten your house and possibly your neighbours too!
I see you are into bomb making
im an hvac tech ...if you take pure oxogen and pump it into a compressor it has a chemical reaction with the oil and will cause the compressor to explode I saw it happen one time when a guy ran out of nitrogen and used oxogen from his acetylene tank to pressure test a line for leaks..the compressor shot its top through to floors out the top of this building....what if your oxygen were to get compressed instead of the hydrogen
why bother just curious, since HHO uses more energy to create it than it actually provides from combustion?
just so you know its two parts H1 not H2...you get h2 because water is two parts hydrogen or h1 x2. H2 is highly more volitile then h1. H1 is what you get in a compressed tank from a gas supply company.. each hydrogen molecule in compressed hydrogen tanks are all 1 part molecules not 2 part.. that is the reasoning behind the term HHO. when you split water you get 2 h1's that stay connected as h2..which is more dense then just h1.so as you can imagine with the O added and being 100% pure,Kaboom!
try adding some commentary so people know what they are looking at!
U tried storing in hydride tank
The only thing that scares me is that tank. I can see compressing the gas without a storage tank providing it had proper safety valves. With a higher pressure a torch can have a smaller orifice and perhaps better controllability. If a flash back went to that tank, and the title of the video is correct and the gas is “HHO” with a PSI of 200 what would happen? I can honestly say I do not know what would happen. I suspect a steam explosion, one that would level the house or maybe just blow all the windows out. I did see a video of a dry cell “HHO” generator make over 2000 psi. The small round SS device had end plates that looked to be well over one inch thick. The device was connected to a high pressure gauge in the end plate. Total gas volume couldn’t have been more than a couple CC’s. It looked like the experiment was done outside and filmed with a remote camera, far, far away from people. What I get from that and this video is “HHO” gas does not seem to spontaneously combust, of course I wouldn’t bet on that.
I can see that you know all about the S.S. device huh Nazi?
Read what you have written, are you ashamed? You are the filthy Nazi Matthew Foley when you write; Quote “ask your mother about Jews, she knows all about them after last night.” My mother died many years ago, again you prove to be a liar. Jesus your rejected and murdered Messiah said of the Jews. Quote “You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and he stood not in the truth; because truth is not in him… He that is of God, heareth the words of God. Therefore you hear them not, because you are not of God.”
Thank you
Your reply confirms my suspicions on the general level of knowledge and education of the "HHO" brigade.
You are wrong.
I am not going to waste my time explaining why because I doubt if you would understand.
