  • This machine produce very much brown gas (HHO) and store it compressed in a gas bottle. Later we can do test's with a combustion engine.
¡BE CAREFUL! This is very dangerous, in one of our tests the bottle explode and broke the manometer and hoses.

A friend made a test under which pressure HHO exploded... It ignited at 195 Bars and ripped the steel block appart where it was compressed in.. It was directly the HHO cell that produced the pressure from electrolysis.... He was lucky, that the steel screews did not hit him... but Manometer showed 195 bars before it exploded.... But better be safe, never compress HHO and better only produce small quantities *ON DEMAND* for some torches or so and always use several bublers and safety arrestor valves...Regards, Stefan.

195 bar is over 2800 psi…. Youd need a pretty damn good pump to reach 2800 psi.. nitrogen is only given at 2k. Oxygen at 3k.. hydrogen bottles are usually given like propane levels.. 200lbs at most and youd need a license in order to even get any amount of the gas from a distributor.. im pretty sure your just a lying piece of shit who acts like they know shit but gets called out on it constantly because of your pretentious attitude.. lol

be careful H must be above 96% / 97% pure to compress and an "empty" tank has residue in it as well. The Oxygen molecule gets too hot when compressed and can spontaneously combust. If you want to do this look into PEM electrolysers and or chemically breaking down aluminium to get 99.99% H. Good luck. The fridge compressor is a good idea.

Just found this, those bottles are normally pretty tough. To reduce the exploding bottle problem should pull a partial vacuum which will also allow more gas storage (chilling the bottle first also allows for more storage but also more pressure once it warms up) , but hydrogen does leak past seals which has been proven through several explosions in the past. Nice idea for running a HHO torch but for a hot flame you need oxygen as well separate, that push's the flame temp up enough to weld steel.

When the lid was off I was holding my breath and hoping there were no sparks anywhere with all that HHO around the room.
I was producing much less, but lighting the bubbles that came out of the bubbler gave quite surprisingly loud and high-pitched bangs.
One of the early HHO guys was doing this during a YT video, when one of the bubbles was big enough to connect back to the main HHO generator in a really big plastic electrical box. It went bang in a big way, and the camera pointed at the ceiling in silence for some time. Fortunately he didn’t die.

They are not necessary, it is well known why it's an incredibly bad idea to try and compress a stoichiometric mix of H2 and O2 (the mix can actually go from deflagration to detonation), same goes for exposing an oxygen rich atmosphere to hydrocarbons (compressor oil)...

The uploader states that his machine produces "HHO" - this is a perfect stochiometric mixture of hydrogen and oxygen (I agree with another poster that calling a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen HHO is very irritating to somebody who knows that the mixture is actually 2 x H2 + 1 x O2 - hydrogen and oxygen gasses exist as molecules, not individual atoms).
    Even uncompressed this is dangerous!

I like your idea... I have been considering the same thing... Disregard the idiots who say it's too dangerous to work with... I am sure you have considered that too... I am interested in learning how you separate the Hydrogen from the Oxygen, in order to keep it from returning to H2O... Are you isolating the Hydrogen, in some way? I know you do not need a tank that can hold more than about 60 Pounds of pressure, so a propane bottle is more than adequate. An Oxygen bottle would be even more safe

just so you know its two parts H1 not H2...you get h2 because water is two parts hydrogen or h1 x2. H2 is highly more volitile then h1. H1 is what you get in a compressed tank from a gas supply company.. each hydrogen molecule in compressed hydrogen tanks are all 1 part molecules not 2 part.. that is the reasoning behind the term HHO. when you split water you get 2 h1's that stay connected as h2..which is more dense then just h1.so as you can imagine with the O added and being 100% pure,Kaboom!

U tried storing in hydride tank

The only thing that scares me is that tank. I can see compressing the gas without a storage tank providing it had proper safety valves. With a higher pressure a torch can have a smaller orifice and perhaps better controllability. If a flash back went to that tank, and the title of the video is correct and the gas is “HHO” with a PSI of 200 what would happen? I can honestly say I do not know what would happen. I suspect a steam explosion, one that would level the house or maybe just blow all the windows out. I did see a video of a dry cell “HHO” generator make over 2000 psi. The small round SS device had end plates that looked to be well over one inch thick. The device was connected to a high pressure gauge in the end plate. Total gas volume couldn’t have been more than a couple CC’s. It looked like the experiment was done outside and filmed with a remote camera, far, far away from people. What I get from that and this video is “HHO” gas does not seem to spontaneously combust, of course I wouldn’t bet on that.

I can see that you know all about the S.S. device huh Nazi?

Read what you have written, are you ashamed? You are the filthy Nazi Matthew Foley when you write; Quote “ask your mother about Jews, she knows all about them after last night.” My mother died many years ago, again you prove to be a liar. Jesus your rejected and murdered Messiah said of the Jews. Quote “You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and he stood not in the truth; because truth is not in him… He that is of God, heareth the words of God. Therefore you hear them not, because you are not of God.”

    Thank you
Your reply confirms my suspicions on the general level of knowledge and education of the "HHO" brigade.
    You are wrong.
I am not going to waste my time explaining why because I doubt if you would understand.
