Wowzer, I think Mr Beer must have a formidable team behind him, his analysis is forensically sharp.
Probably the worst so far.... despicable..
That was shocking. He obviously regarded his witness statements as reputational defense of Fujitsu and Horizon and for the purposes of proving the defendents guilty. The 'truth' meant nothing to him then and I don't think it does now. His 'investigations' were, at best, a sham if they happened at all.
The most directly culpable witness I've seen so far as far as I can tell (culpable for the initial miscarriages of justice, others have been culpable for the cover-up). I think perjury charges should strongly be considered both for his false witness in the criminal trials and for some of his testimony today.
