Best practice. If you let her watch videos put on the subtitles. Let her see what she hears. My daughter was reading at 2. There used to be a infomercial called "Your baby can read" it works. Give it a try and give her a head start.
6 months to 6 years is their greatest learning capacity. When their brains develop learning skills.
