Do you have an example of such a case where companies as an IT service provider or within ITIl how it can be customized and managed using management systems? can you refer to a similar case in the IT industry? YES. And yes I do have some examples.
A quality management system connects to the business plan. At the highest level it’s about systems and process to deliver on your customer promises.
When you talk about software quality systems, that element is a subset to ensure the app or thing you are developing will work as intended for your customer (or internal stakeholder). As you can see they sit in layers.

Having to write an essay about QMS stuff like ISO is so dry. Everything you find online is so vague.
Greasy Goat- thanks for your comment! Id encourage you to try and avoid writing anything- writing is one of the most ineffective ways to communicate. We’re doing our best to make the topic both informative and a bit of fun! Videos are a great way to communicate within a business! Much more impactful than written text! Cheers Kobi
Yeah it is, so much quicker to get a grasp on concepts (and conveying them), text might be good later when going more in depth. This essay for uni however requires it is in .pdf form, so i'm kinda stuck to text right now. :)
