The UK & Ireland loved her in 2003/4 since Neighbours was still very popular att, but really she held her own as an artist very well by rights either way.....she also became the most successful Australian artist since Kylie selling more than 3x platinum and reaching no.2 in the UK charts with 4 big hit singles....so what wrong? Brian McFadden.
Obviously the UK press didn't take too kindly to him cheating on Atomic Kitten member Kerry Katona especially after fathering their 2 kids so this inturn caused her follow-up album to fail reaching just no.25 in the UK charts.
Most UK Delta fans do not blame Delta at all as obvious to anyone he probably deceived her in to having a relationship with him in the beginning. Sure they stayed together until 2010 as she must have loved him which is fair enough as well we are only human after all.
Such a pity as yes she does deserve way more recognition and way more international sales/views. After 13 years I still say she's the best female singer/songwriter on the planet since Mariah Carey.

The amount of reinvention this woman has done is incredible. You wouldn't of thought a shy 17 year old back in 2001 would develop into an international superstar. Her voice is majestic. Her talent is Mesmerizing. And since recovering from her Cancer has come back even stronger. This track is awesome however her latest 'Enough' is possibily her bet yet. She certainly is a powerhouse! love it and love her from a Fan in the UK.

I'm from the UK and have two of her albums both are from at least 15 years ago, she suddenly went very quiet after recovering from cancer, to be honest I didn't even realise she had out any newish music as we don't hear anything about her here anymore, this is a fantastic track though, her older albums are well worth checking out put her name on the you tube search engine I'm sure you will find them, one was released after her cancer diagnosis fairly down beat the first is much more upbeat lyric wise. the first was called innocent eyes the second mistaken identity.

I adore the vocal tones Delta gets in Wings and the video is freaking fabulous. As a guy I have to admit that my favorite song is Lost Without You, the vocal tones are excellent and who as a guy doesn't secretly wish she was singing that song to them? Delta is sexy, classy, and has the voice of an angel and it shows in this video too.
I watched Delta Goodrem play Olivia Newton-John in the movie Hopelessly Devoted to You and thought she knocked it out of the park.
I'm a Delta fan and just love her. I want more from this gorgeous woman and glorious voice. Delta is in my top 10 singers of all time and I'm in my 60's and I love almost all kinds of music. Delta is one of the few people in the world I'd actually really love to meet in person.
