Talking about his stamina. I was in Kevin’s part if the crowd when they did crowd interaction and I was worn out after doing what he got us to do with one short little song… it to mention beat up! Chest pounding. LOL
When Kirstie sings ‘I believe I can fly’has to be my favorite vocal of hers, I also think she looks absolutely beautiful (she always does but more so in the silver). My absolute favorite look of her is when they do the ‘upgrade’ of Gold by Kiiara. As a producer/musician yourself you should really check it out. I guess Kiiara had to do several layers but Mitch did it all and chnages from regular voice to hea voice, etc flawlessly through it all and Kirstie while not hearing her as a main vocal really shines in the video. She’s adorable in video too!!
We are Pentaholix, and we know that PTX never lays down ANYTHING in the studio that they don’t do live. They don’t use the auto-tune live, but since they don’t need it, we know they just did it for fun. Some of us were at the Hollywood Bowl, and this song was better live because we were together and singing for each other. We urge restraint in comments about production methods, some of us are not as forgiving as others.
I don't think they did it for fun. The original song "Believe" by Cher, where they used the auto-tune, was one of the first songs to use auto-tune. I think it was a salute to her for pioneering the technology.
One to watch is !Daft Punk, do the double and watch the official video followed by the Private Performance where they stand at the front of the room and just sing. No mics at all and captured on a mobile device!
If you really wanna get blown away by Mitch and Scott's highs and soul I suggest watching Mitch's solo song 'Your Power' by Billie Eilish, filmed on top of his apartment during covid quarantine, and then the song Scott wrote for his fiancé called 'Mars' is sooooooo good!

I love this medley! I was in the early 30`s and worked as a youth recreation leader at a high school/ YR center and was guarding a lot of school dances at the center where all of this songs were played. I miss the teens, really loved them but the not the school or the teachers. I highly respect the art of making music, I do not know much about it but understand the basic and massive work there is for a production. Well, most things requires knowledge, preparations and work but in music making there is so many folks involved.

LOL I love this group so much!❤ I did look at your Playlist and I didn't see "SING" it's one their originals. It would be a great video to bring in your daughter! Welcome to the PTX rabbit hole! I have watched several of your PTX reactions! I think you have seen enough of the official videos to see how AMAZING they are. I think you should now take a look at some of their live performances. They did a concert last fall at the Hollywood Bowl and there are some really good videos from that. Also, I have seen some recent videos from 2021 Yale Livestream. Seeing PTX do their songs live will take your appreciation of them to another level. Enjoy!

Yes High schoolers used to clown him but he took his vocal training seriously regardless. And it helped that Kirstin and Scott were there with him in high school. Mitch is a well-trained vocal angel with the best control and effortless production. His head voice which in most people strains is so clean and I have never seen strain in his neck or shoulders. Its amazing. They performed as "The trio" with their choirs before they made the huge leap to audition for Sing-Off.

There's a video from last year, Making of Evergreen where they had a camera behind the scenes following them as they made their holiday album. It shows them in collaboration and Kevin working his imagination to come up with background sounds. You will absolutely love it.

I'm so happy you are on this PTX journey! They are simply amazing and even better live in concert. My husband took me to see them last year and I was in awe! I know I've already requested Love Me When I Don't but other good ones I didn't see in your Playlist is Can't Help Falling In Love, Can You Feel the Love Tonight and Imagine. You talked about seeing how they put things together so creatively. There's a video from last year, Making of Evergreen where they had a camera behind the scenes following them as they made their holiday album. It shows them in collaboration and Kevin working his imagination to come up with background sounds. You will absolutely love it.

Check out their live performance of this at the Hollywood bowl in sept of 2022. I was there, and it was fire, and it was all Kevin no looping. Ptx won't touch a song they cant recreate for live performances.
