I am having this issue and I have been at a lost trying to find someone to fix the issue. Crown molding will not work because the ceiling is bowing in some corners. Whom should I contact to fix this issue. Thank you in advance

It's hard to do this. Each situation is different. It would take me like 15 minutes to explain. I would need photos of the upper floor hall or room showing nail pops and cracks. I would need a photo of the roof from the exterior and some attic photos of the trusses and insulation. I have a service for this. Google Call Marko With a question, it will prompt you to a Paypal $29 fee for 15- 30 minutes. Sometimes I need additional photos. Maybe we can come up with a partial solution. Your builder did not install the truss properly and used 1/2 drywall. HE SHOULD FIX AND REPAIR THIS. If you need a report to go after your builder, I charge $99 for a photo 5-30 page expert witness report. PS maybe you miter the crown molding a bit --- the ceiling will still move in the winter. DON'T FIX THE CEILING UNTIL YOU FIGURE IT OUT. Most contractors will make it worse. BE SMART.
