I just wanna say, I have been practicing soap making for Christmas over the past 4 years with some frustration and your video guidance was among the best I’ve come across so far. You truly made the process relaxing and simple, also to mention easily successful! Thanks so much for being you!
You are so welcome!❤️glad it could help!!
Watching soap videos helped me cure my acne... Just figuring out what ingredients caused me to break out and only using ingredients that helped my skin.... I've been acne free now for a year....👍👍👍
That's awesome!❤
@@forussoap question do you think cp is better than melt & pour and which you think is cheaper cause I just ordered supplies & have spent over five hundred dollars already & counting lol I need help
Plus keep in mind I’m unemployed 😢
@@kellyburrow8277 I prefer CP soap I think the quality of the soap is better ... But I think MP is cheaper ... It also depends on the quality of your ingredients the higher the quality the more expensive it is... But how I save costs on my soap I go to a lot of thrift stores or look online for used soap making kite/equipment.... Also I make soap every 6 months so I'll save up until I have a small stockpile then I'll make a large batch at one time....
@@kellyburrow8277 sometimes to save money I'll use The Ordinary.... When I make my acne soap... I'll put the whole bottle in a big batch of soap
I love soap ash it makes the soap look homemade ❤ I adore soap making......
You make it look so easy! Thank you!

I have been watching a lot of soap making videos lately. Your video is the first one that I have come across that has explained exactly what "trace" means, the purpose of the temperatures (aids in saponification) and actually being able to see the lye getting hot. Great video and I will be watching more of your videos. Thank you!
Thank you so much for watching so glad you found it helpful.

This was a great video! I would like to also suggest that you can also use a clothes steamer, and steam the top of the soap lightly to remove the soda ash. Good job mama! ❤

🤗🔥WONDERFUL!!!LOVED IT GREAT JOB,👍THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHAREING, YOU SURE KNOW HOW TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO MAKE SOME SOAP I REALLY ENJOYED THE VIDEO GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE👍🙏🕊
Thank you so much!❤️❤️
Soda ash is also dependent upon the water content of the batch, and humidity of your environment. Once one is more experienced the liquid content can be reduced but it also accelerates everything - hence experience because speed is of the essence 😉😉. spraying Isopropyl Alcohol over the surface, once in the mould, will assist with ash prevention….But I actually quite like the look of Soda Ash - it enhances the theme of some soaps 😊
Thank you for sharing 🥰…
Thank you for watching Dauretha!
Very nice tutorial
Thank you so much!
Beautiful 💥💥💥
Thank you!
I would LOVE a video
very nice!!

I want to learn how to do this. I'm going to start getting all of my products one by one when I can afford it so I can start making my soap too. I feel like I would be really good at this and enjoy this and maybe one day I can start selling my own soap
You can do it! Best of luck❤️
Im gonna go back to making soap
I stumbled across your video. I've tried twice to do a cold process, once using a kit from Brambleberry and once by doing a recipe. both were fails. I like that you use Brambleberry. My favorite. I'm going to watch a couple more times and try again. I would like to know how you formulate a recipe. I think that's the hardest thing for me to wrap my head around. Easy to watch video. Thanks.
Thanks for watching! I have a soap recipe video you should try! I will most definitely upload a video talking about forumulations. ❣
Por favor alguém pode colocar aqui os ingredientes, sou do Brasil aqui a formulação e com glicerina pronta ,Gostaria de aprender a fazer com essa receita com óleo por favor agradeço quem possa me enviar 😊
I appreciate the detailed video, I've thought about doing CP soap, and maybe a business as well. I already have a name picked out. I would love a mentor to guide me through.

What’s the temperature for oils to cool down?? What’s the name of the oils you mixed together???

❤️❤️❤️
Can I please have the essential oil links, where you buy your oils, and the pigment link for coloring. Thank you so much you video made me feel much better!
Lavender, Ylang ylang, Bergamot, oils, and Rose clay can all be bought on www.brambleberry.com/
I will be uploading a supplies and ingredients video soon! Subscribe!
Love this video. Can you give the measurements for the recipe please. Thank you.
Here's a link to a recipe I share

I just found ur channel and I luv it. Can I give u a suggestion? Freeze ur water for ur lye solution any liquid ur using for ur lye freeze it solid. Add ur lye a lil at a time and u will have absolutely 0 fumes. It does heat up just the same , but u will have absolutely 0 fumes or smell at all. And one the lye is dissolved or u can wait for it to go clear and then add to oils.
Thanks for watching! I’ve used frozen liquid before in another video it’s most definitely a good thing to know! Thanks
You’re welcome. U do a beautiful job. 🖤
I know Soap Queen says temp should be 120C, but you will have better luck keeping it at emulsion or light trace easier. Most soapers aim for 100C or less, some even 72C.
Do you Mena Fahrenheit?
Where you mentioned oils ? Which and how much you used the oils
Can you create a video how to make washing laundry bar soap. I really want to know
I haven't yet experienced laundry soap. I'm sure you can find a video from another soaper on CZcams. ❤️
I would love to have your soap video
❤❤
Hi! I really enjoyed this video it is very informative, just curious since you are using lye, how long do the soaps need to be set aside to fully cure? and should they be wrapped in plastic wrap when curing? and also what is the ratio of water to lye? I recently started melt and pour soap making and I am very interested in learning about cold press, but I am not sure the measurment's I should be using when it comes to lye...Thank you!!
Hi! I’m no expert, I made my own olive oil and lye soaps (Castile) years ago.
Usually the soap is safe to handle after 24 to 48 hours. But the longer they sit and dry out, the better. A lot of water is still in the soap until it’s done “curing”. 30 days is great.
Hey yes please do a video on how to do calculations please !!! I just wrote you on instagram as well!!!
Will do ma'ma! I just wrote bck on IG! ❣
Why should you stain it?
Hi thank you for your video. What did you mix the rose clay with. I see alot of people just adding the clay in and then you seem to have mixed it with something? xo
Hi! I took a tablespoon of my liquid oil portion to mix the rose clay. You can definitely just add the clay in at a lighter trace! Hope this helps! ❣️🧼
@@forussoap Omg, thank you! been trying to find an answer!! :) xo
I am new and would love to see video on how to formulated ingredients
Coming soon!
What are the ratios or amount of water and ingredients?
Great video, did not see in your drop box the name of the pink clay ? Could you tell me the name of the pink clay that you used ? thanks
Rose clay
What’s the lye to water ratio
Awesome 11:11
❤️
Good morning whats the use of this soap
Now I want brownies 😂
What kind of oil did you use the outcome of the soap is lovely
Thank you, I used olive, shea, coconut, sweet almond, coco butter
Please do a video on how you formulate your recipes.
In the works!
Awesome! I appreciate it! I just started to learn.
Quick question I seen people use ice cubes would they be better for the lye temp ?
Ice cubes keep the lye fumes down
Hii! I’ve been binge watching your videos lol I wanted to know why this one needed to cure for 4 weeks and the Tumeric soap was ready in a day
The turmeric soap wasn't ready after a day. That's when it got cut into bars. It cured for 4 weeks like all the rest. Thanks for binge watching ❤️🧼
@@forussoap gotcha!! Thanks for clarifying! 💜💜
