Just to make it clear how insane Barry Sanders was, he had 2628 yards and 37 rushing TD's...in ELEVEN games! Regular season was 11 games, and bowl game stats didn't even count back then. He ran for 222 yards and 5 TD's in the bowl game, so his unofficial total was 2850 yards and 42 rushing TD's in 12 games.

Your vision is one thing that’s stoping you from getting more yards, stop trying to run outside!!! Take the holes that are open, you gotta know how to run inside to get outside, always trying to get a home run is not gonna work. You also don’t run your routes all the time and that causes INTs and dropped passes because your running into other players area which is bringing more players to that area…. But your running vision is not good, there’s been plenty of times you should’ve back cut to the other side were it was wide open and you just try to run to the corner to get outside when it wasn’t open, use your vision better!!

if you want to stay on the field more often as an RB I've found that if you adjust fatigue and injury sliders it is not as bad. Idk why EA thought pulling the RB out that often was a good idea
