If we missed a tackle or did it wrong and got hurt like Julian did, our coaches bitched at us and called us pansies or pus guts. But these coaches were quite patient and helped the kids with their fundamentals.
He is a good coach. I love the way he encourages all of the kids, regardless if they make the tackle or not. The kids are having fun, while learning a great game. I think his coaching methods are age appropriate.
