With such a wide variety of knives in existence it's virtually impossible to build one knife sharper that can cater PERFECTLY to every different blade shape and size. But the more adjustment features you have, the closer you can get to to having a knife sharpener that will rise to any occasion.
In order to make a sharpener as effective and user friendly as possible we do our best to strike a balance of Simplicity and Adjustability.

Thanks for watching everyone. My old youtube studio was re-purposed for another project last year. Fortunately I was building a man-cave/sharpening shack in my backyard at the same time - it just took a little longer to finish the construction project than expected. But now it's done - and I'm back . . . again, lol. I might have had a hiatus from youtube but I've still been grinding away on some stuff I look forward to sharing with you soon.
