DON'T create a Cleaning Routine... yet!

I know this might be a weird video to post after I just showed you guys my cleaning routine for the year... but here's the thing: MOST cleaning routines don't work. It's not possible for even a wife without kids to work outside the home and maintain the home all by herself either - the spouse either needs to be involved, or they'll need to agree to pay for a maid service! (I say this, as I am about to rope my own husband into helping me deep clean one of the bathrooms because hoo boy it needs it) Thanks for the clear explanations and the suggestions - specifically the point about decluttering first. Organizing and cleaning are two separate tasks, and it's so easy to want to jump right into the deep clean without doing the grunt work of tidying up first.
