This guide will help to troubleshoot issues with the BLUE label or BLUE stripe i12 tws wireless Airpod clones.

If you are experiencing problems with your i12 tws airpods not syncing or not charging, or just need to reset them back to factory defaults this could be the answer.
Be aware that there are a few other brands that have cloned these airpods so the information may not work for some devices. Also I cannot confirm that thespinningdeal.com have sent these models out to all customers so use this information as a guide to try and resolve your problems.
As always if you can't get the Airpods to work as intended the best course of action is to first speak with the original seller and explain your problem.
Try and arrange a replacement set if possible or request a return and or refund.
These i12 tws seem to suffer from issues with pairing more than charging but that doesn't mean that the problems are not caused by the devices not being fully charged so please do investigate the charging issues as a means of troubleshooting your particular problem.

Hi Mike, great videos! I have this i12 blue label version but are shiny black instead of matte, worked great for a week then the left one started to make interference noises (like loud beeping and random clicking sounds) as soon as its powered on and everytime its playing any music or sound, it will only stay quiet when nothing is been played, I've been trying to reset but could it be a hardware failure? any thoughts? thank you!

The left airpod is not charging while kept in charging it lighted blue instead of red but the right one lighted red and charged
To reset the left one i have tap 5 time but it didn’t reset.the left one have low battery n power off immediately when it is one. How to charge need help plz tell me how to reset

Mine are the auto power on 5.0 and when I open the case they don’t flash blue and red and it says they are not on on Bluetooth how would I turn them on

I got mine yesterday and they worked fine the first time I used them. However, now they keep on powering off by themselves very often. They connect fine though. Please help!

Hi I have the i200 tws and today when I tried connecting I opened it up and didn’t connect I had to connect through Bluetooth menu and the pop up menu didn’t show. When it did connect only the left connected and the right hand side one had a solid blue light on

Great video, mine left pod wouldn't work and was showing a solid blue light, i just turned the right one off by holding the button on the pod, then held the same button on the left for about 30 seconds and it turned back on! Thanks for the tips.

I have i12 but the button at the back of the case dosent light up, I'm having trouble on charging it.
As i always say first thing is to clean all the charging points and contacts with a alcohol wipe or similar and maybe chose a higher rated usb charger

Hello this video might've been uploaded a while ago but i still wanna ask how to fix this problem i've had. When I long press my right earpud for it to head forward to my music it wouldn't do taht but instead it switched to my recent music I've listened to and with my left earbud it would do the opposite of what it should do and would go forward instead of the going back. Its like they switched is there anyway I can fix this? (Hopefully this made sense)

I have had mine for a day and right one won’t work
Make sure the power bank is fully charged first then insert the bids for an hour and try again

If one of them isn't working take both of them out of the case for at least 14-16 hours and then put them back in. They should work

hi i know i’m very late to your video but i have the i12 tws blue label ones and it doesn’t show when they are charging when the pop up animation comes up and my case says its at 78% and it has said that ever since i’ve had them is there any tips to help me

On some models the button starts the charging there are so many clones on be market and they seem to all work slightly different. Very confusing

Hey mine's have a light inside the box that flashes red and the buds don't hold charge and also when I click the button on the box the blue light comes on inside the box but shuts off after a minute or so what can I do to fix this ive tried everything you show on your videos and yes it's a blue lable but different looking than the ones you show on this video like I stated above the light is inside the box

Hi I have the blue label ones. Mine don’t have a led sensor inside the case between the headphones. Only when I first paired it did I see the battery percentage. Is there anyway of knowing this from now on? Or do I have to pair it every time to see this? It’s also said 68% charged for like the last 2 hours now

I have some problen with the left earpod, it has a weird volune adjustment, for example if i lay on my right side, the volume will be decreased or often times just off as if muted, but if i lay on my left side, it returns to normal. Do you have the solution for it?
hmm not sure what could be causing that, maybe something to do with the signal being restricted from the angle you are lying on?

Hi Mike, my i12 tws m&j, after I put them in the box, they charge normally, but once they are loaded, they start blinking red, and in the morning they are diluted. But when plugged in, the problem disappears.
I’m not sure if this is an issue but my I12 blue label editions case always has the same battery percent on my iPhone and also the charging case turns off after 5 mins while charging my earbuds but I’m not sure if they are still charging even when the led is not on the case
that is an issue with these, they often can't read the chip correctly and give a default value, hope this helps?

My charge drains very fast . Like when it's 100% I'll start using it and then after 10 minutes it becomes 90% . It doesn't decrease accordingly , it straight goes to 80% from 90% . There's no in between. What should I do ?

i also have i12 blue stripe. the both earbuds lights and charges, can recognized the touch. the right one is okay but the left one has no sounds coming out. when the right one says connected the left stops blinking but still don't have any sounds. what should i do?
Did you already try the method in the video to reset them? If so then you may have a fault with the pod and it will need replacing

I have a question, mine have some pairing issues, the buds not always pair up with each other but they work after I try. However, I tried to reset as you showed but when the buds are in the charging box and I press the button the charging red led goes on on both but they never say POWER ON in the box, so I couldn't get to do the reset thing. uhh so I have a pair of i12 tws, it was working alright until last night, when the bottom metal part of the left earbud popped out and got stuck in the charging case. I managed to get it out. However now only the right earned is working normally, the left earbud just flashes some red and stops and is not playing any audio.

The problem I’m facing with is that one of the pods is a bit louder than the other one I’ve gone into my settings to balance the audio but can’t even tell if I have it in the middle to where it’s balance any advice on how to balance them perfectly?

Hello, thx for this video , i got "i20 pro" which is underrated, my problem is my right have longer time to keep charge for music but my left is weak and they both are not able for full charge(100%)
also there is no button on the case, what i can do with this issue?
i20 is a totally different device and probably will need to reset by letting the pods go completely flat then recharging and take care to clean all the contact points
Hello! I’m having major issues with my i12 AirPods. I have the same brand you have, but for some reason the right AirPod is messing up badly. When they’re both connected to my phone and I play music, the right AirPod will trigger voice control and then turn off. I don’t have this problem with the left AirPod, because when I use it on its own, it works perfectly. I tried using the right one on its own but it turns off straight away. And it is fully charged so I’m not sure what the issue is here. Could you help me out please?

charge the box on its own first for a few hours then put the pods in and let the box charge the pods
I have when I get out both of them from the case the r will say connected and after 1 s the L will say connected and the R will say disconnected after 5 s and after 5 s rhe R will say connected and the left will say disconnected after 5 s too do you know how to fix

My problem is, one of the buds are connecting perfectly, but the other one is always turned off/uncharged.
I tried to charge them together and separately and also this method of reset. I haven’t had the other one completely uncharged, I will try to do it, but if thats not working, is it possible to “repair” it?

Hi Mike, I just gotten these inpods 2 days ago it's in the macaron pastel colours version. Both sides of the inpods are in working condition. Only problem is that they won't pair and sync tgt. So only one side (either the left or right) will be paired to my device and the other side is able to be paired to another device as well. Do u have any solutions that I can try or is this a manufacturer defect? Really appreciate it thanks :)

all the leds are off on the case when fully charged and if the usb is disconnected then insert the pods wait until the leds go out then you are fully charged

So i got these i12 Blue Stripe as a Gift and it was working "fine" i guess beside the occasional Music pause without me touching it, but today while walking with my Dog they just switched langauge, wich does not realy bother me that much by itself except that i can't change it back since there are no instructions on how to...i tried the method with the open Case and Button pressing but no luck, any idea?

How to do factory reset if the charging bin or case has no buttons? Mine is an i12s from Hoco Shop. I already plugged the pods and charged them for several hours but when i tap the pods, it says "power on" then "power off". I guess it is not charging. But when I plug the case of the pods with the pods in it, there a red blinking light from the case.

Sir my WS-18 charges and it ons a blue light when it is charging for few seconds and offs and it also after few minutes the red light will be constant

Ive just got em yesterday and idk what but my case just does only once a blue light flash when i tap the button then my earbuds doesnt do anything it charged whole night but the case seems not charging the earbuds any fix?

I have the inpods 12 macaron and it not turning on when I plug in the charger no lights but there is light when I press the button..what does this mean
