Objective - Risk ranking of the Equipment and Process Piping Corrosion Circuits, to assess the corrosion behavior by conducting baseline NDE survey and Inspection Planning to mitigate the risk to an acceptable level with appropriate Inspection task.
Project Scope - Data Acquisition and populating spread sheets in GE Meridium APM, In-Plant Piping Circuitization, Corrosion Studies, Preparation of Inspection Drawings and Baseline NDE survey for selected piping & Equipment.

• Better understanding of Mechanical integrity
• Corrosion behavior of AGRP process units is known from Corrosion Study
• Economic benefits: less inspection, shorter shutdown, long run length, less unplanned shutdown by implementing RBI recommendations and minimize the Probability of Loss of Containment from Static equipment.
• All Fixed Equipment and Process Piping data are available in the GE APMS Software.
• Reference documents Piping Circuitization - Marked PFD, P&ID and CML marked Inspection GA & Piping Isometric drawing
