Yes the value will continue to rise which is why there aren't too many people building or investing in new construction in the Calabasas area

Hey, if you had to pick between renting a townhome in Calabasas or Malibu, which would you pick and why? Let's assume the price is the same. I'd really appreciate your perspective on this, thanks!

I'd choose Calabasas because of the proximity to other cities. Malibu is a bit more isolated and could take an hour to get anywhere else outside of Malibu so you Reaaaally need to love the beach

How are smoke levels during the fire season in Calabasas these days? I was there in 2019 and the smoke levels made feel like buying property might not be worth it. Any thoughts on this?

As a local calabasas isnt very busy and not everyone is rich lol. there are a handful more fancy neighborhoods he didn't mention. there are also some moble homes
