I've been a hard-core Rush fan since 1977 when I was 15 years old, seen them live 18 times on 16 tours, and you guys are the best Rush cover band I've been able to find online! Not many can do justice to Geddy Lee's early vocals, but Rocky really nails it! Rock on!!! Continued success, and I hope to hear more! \m/ \m/ \m/ \m/
Lotus Land and New World Men are two Rush Tribute bands I’ve found that are in this league. Lotus Land has won “best Rush Tribute Band” several times at RushCon, but I think that New World Men are very close in talent. I think that Tim from YYNot captures Geddy’s bass playing dynamic better than any others I’ve heard, but Chris from Lotus Land and Marc from NWM are very close seconds. The most impressive thing about NWM is that Mat, the drummer, also sings the lead vocals and sounds very close to Geddy, but how anyone can sing Geddy while playing Peart is beyond me. That seemed impossible until I saw New World Men and Mat does both very well.
Tim Starace on Bass Guitar. I have Watched several of His New Videos on You Tube. This Band is Probably on hold for now Because of Covid - 19 of course. Tim Is a Phenomenal Bass Player !!!! One of the Best I have seen in a Long Time !!!!

Been a die hard rush fan since 75 At 14 years old Been fortunate to see them 4 times not many compared to some Again fortunate 78 80 94 2004 And this band is the Cat's meow when it comes to rush cover bands nothing even comes close far as I'm concerned I've heard most of them I preferred this one by far.
Rick basses have the capability to be so snappy...I just love that deal about them...just this articulate clarity...you can hear it in Roundabout from Yes...
This is some good RUSH they are playing. I havent been out west to see them. In southern Wisconsin is The RUSH Tribute Project. I saw them in Sturtevant Wisc on Mar 23 and Des Moines on the 29th. They played the Trilogy of Fear and The Garden and Losing It with a violinist friend of theirs. Its great to see the music living on. Im stuck on 59 RUSH shows. We did 8 on the R40 including the opener in Tulsa and MSG and the LA Forum. We did their HOF induction in LA and went to see them play at SARS in TO. Cant get enough RUSH.
HOLY SHITE!! Bravo!!! Mr. Stevenett gave me an invite to come check out your performance after I watched a video of him doing a tribute to Neil Peart. Bass, guitar, vocals, and can't forget the phenom on the drums. I mean seriously for a live performance in comparison between you and Rush, pretty tricky to tell the difference. Everyone is on point!! And who's the lead vocalist may I ask?? She's pretty hot!! Oooops! I'm sorry but yeah I wish you much success and longevity in your musical pursuit because you guys and gal are pretty fucking talented ... Thanks for the invite Joel, this is the very first track in my introduction to YYNOT =^_^=
yet ONE MORE amazing performance but i have to ask, have you got Paiste cymbals? they sound very flat compared to Zildjian (or Neil's special Sabian) cymbals... you STILL rock back there on the drums. you Neil proud sir!!!
I love every one of their songs but you could tell certain ones were fan favorites. When they started just the opening notes to Red Barchetta live, the audience always erupted. Hate that now everything I say about Rush, I have to write it in past tense.
the girl is geddy's daughter she's very similar i think he's been jumping the fence hahaha kidding congratulations girl the dream is not over the rush lives
Just my opinion but I dislike the bass player, love the singer with all her mistakes, Billy on guitar is genius but very much in the background but that's ok/
I’m sorry but she’s horrible. The other 3 are good but she brings them down. Zero stage presence. She sounds too much like Gwen Stefani and I hate No Doubt. The bass player is killer though.

Mark Swinsick Try Lotus land: hemispheres prelude
Lotus Land!
Totally agree Mark. I just recently found YYNOT and think their great. Only Rush cover band I’ve ever liked.

Rocky is YYNOT
She's also Mood Lifters which is a better band.
Rocky ROCKS! I never got the chance to see her.
Is that Lifeson sitting behind the Marshall?
...and the girl looks like Geddy Lee :D
That's the first thing that came to mind when I saw that guy,......he looks like Alex,...a lot.

Any Red Barchetta cover is good by me and I'm only 30 seconds in 😉 rock on!
Damn, just stumbled across this. Fanfreakintastic cover !!! WOW!!!!!
Tickets to see cover band do a great job: $10. Middle-aged white guys still taking iPhone video vertically: Priceless
Ha ha ha

Are my eyes playing tricks or does the guy holding the guitar sitting beside the Marahall amp look just like Alex Lifeson??
Looks Like Him But Its Not Alex Lifeson!!!
I thought the same thing but looked in the comments first figuring I couldn't be the only one, lol
A very easy watch and just love how you finish it the E.S.L. way. Just brilliant.
great band! congratulations from Queretaro city, México!
saludos!!
I like how I can hear the bass clearly thru my crap ass phone speaker
Tim Starace is a monster on the bass! I have both YYNOT's cd's of original music and you can hear Geddy's influence on Tim, throughout their music
This was awesome; great cover, everyone did their part and the result was excellent.
wonderful
You guys are AMAZING

Great cover to a great song! She is hitting notes that Geddy is not able to do anymore. Great Job to the whole band!
awesome!!!!
This is RUSH done RIGHT! Thank you YYNOT!

Rock concert/Bald man's convention all in one.
Nice cover you guys nailed that not too many people or bands can do that job well done!!
YYNOT KICKS ASS!!!
You guys are AWESOME !!!!!!, and Rocky shows , you can actually dance to some RUSH songs!!!
Even the parts in 7/4!
she dances great on Digital Man and Body Electric live.
Rocky can dance to a funeral song.
First time seeing Rush was in 1975, Capitol Theatre Portchester, I had seen them many times since…you guys did a great job in Norwalk..very tight
Very very impressive the band is fire!!!!
Thanks so much for uploading this! Do you have any footage of the originals?
Super Red Barchetta cover!
Can you guys do closer to the heart. Its one of my favorite rush songs.

Fantastic cover!! Bass tone is awesome!!! Channeling Geddy pretty good.
amazing !!!! god she sounds so like Geddy it uncanny,
for some reason, I want to watch old " Missing Persons" videos now.
A voz da da menina ficou bem legal na múcica, parabens!
Classic song from a soon to be classic band
yet ONE MORE amazing performance but i have to ask, have you got Paiste cymbals? they sound very flat compared to Zildjian (or Neil's special Sabian) cymbals...
you STILL rock back there on the drums. you Neil proud sir!!!
The Duck Dynasty guy is shredding on bass. What a great band.
Tim is his name ....
I love every one of their songs but you could tell certain ones were fan favorites. When they started just the opening notes to Red Barchetta live, the audience always erupted.
Hate that now everything I say about Rush, I have to write it in past tense.
Adrenalin Surge...
guaooo nice cover
You need to load some of the other side of the stage on Billy also. I love watching Tim and Rocky buy Billy is also KICKASS !
Stadium quality Tim(someone called ya Duck Dynasty guy) Great fucking work boys and girl~
Canta bien la chava!
Nice work on that Rickenbacker.
Vocals looks hot , 😜🤤🤤
Ok
Is that Garth Algor in the front row?
I literally LOL'd at this!
the girl is geddy's daughter she's very similar i think he's been jumping the fence hahaha kidding congratulations girl the dream is not over the rush lives
Is it Geedy's daughter?
....they literally have the exact same nose,.....honest to god.
No but THANK you from the bottom of my heart for the compliments❤️ Rush fan forever! I’d love to sing with him one day, perhaps….quizás, un día!
You wish
It doesn’t matter how good of a job Tim does, when the drums are badly off, the whole performance is off. Tim needs a better partner
Rocky's voice is awesome. Too Bad that Tim's attitude pushed her away from the band
Check out The Mood Lifters, I’m still doing Rush covers❤️
@@Robdoeme69 Congratulations on your work
Band is tight but they lack energy. Not sold on the singer. Still, sounds okay.
Chris W they get better with each performance. Check out this video from a show a year later: czcams.com/video/2bQxXUzGduU/video.html
little rough here but most of their live videos are top notch!!
