When i was staying in Delhi one of my friend offer me job to work with him in Call centre but i refused tho..instead i applied for Training Supervisor in Housekeeping..i was trained for 6 months and now im Supervisor incharge 😊 dear my Naga brother and sister easy money tey najabi tey...work hard🙏👍

I know a lot of other businesses where Naga people are recruited with a promise of huge payout and then they are trained just like a genuine company would. But then the new recruits slowly realise that it's a very intricate and meticulously designed scam where they have to trick other people into joining as well. Otherwise they won't earn even a single rupee.
In order to recover the huge amount of money invested, they have no choice but to do it. Watch out for such kind of business investment offers where the promises are too good and believable but only if you're willing to sell your soul, your respect, your dignity, integrity and Friendship in exchange of Money.

Most of this kind of incidents happens when people knows it a scam process but for fast and huge amount earning. We should change our mindset. There are lots of genuine companies to work and earn.
I work in call centre too last 4 years back but to be honest i don't have any idea at first and aftr knowing it a scam i regret scamming people...but the main broblem is since nobody to ask for another job...we have to work it even though we get to know... Coz of no other choice but luckily i quit the job... So never going to work again in call centre
Students and youths from northeast should be more careful and smart and should not fall for all these..sure due to lack of exposure and less experiences in metro cities many fall into these scams without knowledge. But we all learn n grow from mistakes it's good to experience both good and bad hope you guys be careful in the cities! Stop saying things like naga youths are suffering because of lack of unemployment. Yes unemployment is an issue, and an even bigger issue is over employment in the government sector and lack of interest in private sector. But that doesn't mean you cant find legitimate jobs outside nagaland. Moreover these people went in knowing its a fake scam center. I have a friend who joined too and he was aware before he joined. We need to stop playing victims all the time and look at the real big picture and these people should be condemned, naga or not.

The caption "Call centre" It should be termed as Scammer s...to my knowledge no individual will be working in a scam company without knowing its a Scam. I am working in a call centre....There are lots of growth opportunities in this industry....But many individuals from NE takes The term "Call centre" as a scam, which is very wrong.... And sadly our news channels failed in clarifying this.

Don't simply blame nagaland govt for unemployment. First off Anyone can distinguish a fake or genuine call centre, don't always look for handsome pay. Fast money never last long . Second look at the state who controls the market? Who is getting richer? Who spend less money on fashion and style but spent more on educations and rather then cars and fancy restaurant. No government can give employment to all citizens, we have to create our own opportunities. Set strategies and do small businesses, start from level 0, don't just be a keyboard worrier and poke your nose.
