He's controling the hill everytime it moves just cause he doesn't run blindly into the hill and just stand there doesn't mean he's camping he's picking everyone off that steps into that area it's not like he's completely ignoring the objective. It's not hard to rack up crazy kills when nobody is paying attention to you and instead they're focused on winning the game by getting points in the hill. If this was a slayer game then it would be insane, but then again the outcome would likely have been very different because people would be fighting back.
I don't play Halo nearly enough anymore so I am admittedly pretty terrible at almost everything. But anyone with a decent amount of skill that has been playing somewhat consistently could probably pull this off in multi-team objective. I mean, not ONE enemy even TRIED to kill him for the vast majority of the game. So basically, this whole entire game was literally just target practice.
Sniping in Reach is ridiculously easy. Even for me, and I don't even play Halo all that much anymore. Aside from Halo 4, Reach has the easiest sniper. Try playing/practicing in Halo 3's Team Snipers, then go play a game of Reach; you'll be godly. Not saying these weren't good snipes, because they were. I'm just saying that it doesn't take a lot of practice for someone with at least a decent amount of natural talent to accomplish.

I believe Halo: CE has THE hardest sniper ever. The game in general takes more skill than almost any other Halo game, except maybe Halo 2.
