They are using ElvUi. It wont look like this on default, but you can customise it pretty much to everything you want

JUNICK ALETA first is the machine {forgot the name) then felhounds. After that you can choose between high command or portal keeper and eonar. After those three you kill imonhar then kin'garoth. After him coven and varimathras in any order. Then aggramar and Argus is the last.
Upload mythic kills like Aggramar 5 guild killed it.
So basically, Blizzard screwed up the mythic raid. It is the difficulty of a herioc raid, but misnamed to 'mythic'.
You already killed all bosses on mythic? That was fast.
you sir are probably 2/11 LFR and stuck in there! the difficulty is fine in antorus for every normal mythic guild :-)
I miss Paraxis scene.
The raid might be "undertuned" for guilds like method. But thats because they do splitraids with 5 characters each (at least thats what it says on their wowprogress description). So obviously their gear is gonna be super good for the mainraid. If blizzard tuned the mythic raids appropriately for exactly those guilds, casual progress guilds wouldn't stand a chance against a single boss.

Easier than previous tier, but still challenging, remenber this is a top world guild.
