a) Variation at different postures.
b) Pre and Post exercise conditions.
2. Recording of standard limb lead electro cardiogram. Determination of heart rate,
different intervals and amplitude of different waves with significance (P-R internal,
QT interval, QRS duration, ST segment).
3. Determination of electrical axis of heat from electrocardiogram wing Einthoven’s
triangle.
4. Recording of respiratory movements using Pneumograph: Study of effects of
hyperventilation, breath holding and exercise. Calculation of respiratory rates in
different phases.
5. Determination of FVC, FEV1 and MVV using spirometer. Determination of
Respiratory rate, pulmonary ventilation.
