ARCI's Ed Martin on the stump: Talking HISA, transparency, politics and making kids better at math

Ed Martin, president and CEO of the Association of Racing Commissioners International, batted cleanup at Tuesday's luncheon panel of the ARCI's 88th Annual Safe Horses and Honest Sport Conference. In this session, leaders in the Thoroughbred, Quarter Horse and Standardbred industries were asked where they thought horse racing would be in five years.
