I didn’t expect his response to Stanley I had to cut majority of my laughing. I was laughing for about 2 minutes straight maybe more
at this point it's supposed to be implied that jim likes pam and is fully aware of it. and pam sees jim as a really good riend but may or may not be harboring feelings for him that she hasn't realized yet. it helps that the actors have such great chemistry

not sure what the confusion is. he has a crush she may or may not have one back but is engaged. what happens from here we will find out. pretty standard stuff. there must be thousand and millions of people in the world who have had a crush on someone who is in a relationship so i'm surprised this is such a new phenomenon for you. it's a tv show so as such they have plots. this is one of them. if it was plotless it would not be as good.
I’ve only ever seen clips of this show on TikTok and it was always Jim and Pam together. So seeing her engaged to someone else confused me because I didn’t know about dude plus she flirts back while being engaged to the other dude
