- I was using this ear buds for last 10days,
I am now facing the issue, it is not charging over 80% and also not going below 80% after use.
please find below link for best smart watch under 2000/-

It uses only 5v 1a input so it takes time to charge. At times it shows 90 later it jumps to 95 then 100 and not 90-91. The charging method is different from mobile charging.
can I use 18 watt charger with this ...pls reply
Please put your case on charging for a little long time, then it will charge, I was also facing the same issue but after some time % got increased from 90 to 100. Not to worry guys, you can buy this product.

Now sending for the repair.. So save money and buy a good neck band. Also there is some connection issue while using this with laptop. So save your self if you have time.
Bhai mere truke S1 main ye problem h ki vo dono ek sath connect nhi ho rhi h alag alag ho rhe h connect hone ke baad ek main voice aate h ek main nhi
1. Disconnect or Unpair air buds from mobile,
2. Restart your mobile as well air buds, long tap on air buds to power off your buds and put in the case.
3. Leave both for few secs, now take out both buds from case
4. pair freshly with mobile and use..
try this, and let me know,
He is using a 10 watt charger for charging , company already mentioned to use 5watt charger only , if you use any high watt charger it will destroy the battery obviously

0.long press on buds to turn it off.
1.first unpair buds from device,
2. Plug out both of the buds from box,
3.repair
Make sure you plug out both buds
bro use 5 volt adapter and charge it with its original c type charger

First thanks to (techno anup) (bhai) and please read it care fully Pro level trick if your truke buds s1 will stuck at 80%battery then don't charge with any adapter just remove form adapter and put the original truke buds s1 cable to laptop or PC then wait for 30 to 40 min after it if it doesn't work then you want to remove the both ear buds then wait for 10 min after 10 min it will work

I think its because left light blink red/blue continuously but right blinks blue at intervals of 1-2 seconds
Maybe this is due to, on music higher quality jo ki left bud ko more consume ke rha ho, by the way I'm facing display issue.

1. Forget device from bluetooth menus.
2. Restart both mobile and TWS.
3. Now open TWS from the case and do the nee pair,
4. hd quality p tick kr dena.

When I charge the ear buds , the charge in the case increases slowly, first it was just 80, then 82, then 92 then 94, but the issues even after I charged the buds for long time.. After using it quite a lot... The bateery percentage in the case is not falling down, its only one and half months after purchasing this prdct.. Sound quality is gud . but how I know kitne der bhi battery bachengi.

He is using wrong cable . This video is fraud and not real but the earpods are very nice they have may features so pls do not believe and they gave a charging cable with them so you should use it not another one

93 k baad mera pashta tha mene uske original cable ko pc me lga kar charge kiya to hone lga, adapter se mt chahge krna usb se kro to ho jayega 20 min tak chhor do fir normal speed me hone lgega, mera filhal thik ho gya hai aage dekhte h koi dusra problem hoga to btaumga6

Please make sure only one Bluetooth is turned ok. Either mobile one or laptop one.
And another thing, that mobile or laptop should not lag.

I brought this product after watching reviews of youtubers trust me this is one the worst product I've ever used first i checked sound it was ok then i checked call quality it was worst nothing like described by the company which says it has 4 mics and enc all market gimmick then i checked charging case rather charging the battery was discharging and also the case looke like it was used one having many scratches don't buy this product save your money .
