A couple of answers come to mind from your question: Some people need to just accept that they are not meant to be biological parents. IVF is fine, I guess, as long as embryos aren’t stuck in some refrigeration unit for years. Surrogacy I also find a little strange - it seems to interrupt the biological mother-child-father connectivity. And just because something has become “the norm” doesn’t mean it’s right. I think it’s a blessing for couples who want children but cannot conceive naturally. Its a medical blessing.
