Don't go with word 3k or 5k. For complete set of daigrams they charge more than 1.5lacs and mostly they design what they know already not what you want.
all the information given in the video is bogus. no sufficient labor available with them. even if we supply water no curing for buildings and no quality work. the building is not uniform in nature. all are uneven surfaces. curves ups and downs and it will not fit for Home town modular kitchen and fabrication work. after the agreement, they will not pick up phone calls even in the daytime or nighttime. they are not committed for the time. in our plan, they did it without visiting the site and I incurred an extra amount for SSM work what is SSM paying for the basement. they said 2 laks but bills provided 4.63 lakhs. every time they say it is not in our scope and it is the owner's scope. without water how they will construct houses I do not understand. they told me also they will finish in 7 months but however, but for safeguarding, they said 10 months if any natural calamity happens like coronavirus 19 and beyond their reach. now 14 months completed and work has not been finished. rainwater harvesting is compulsory but they refuse to implement the statutory norms like digging a pit to store 8 thousand liters capacity and filter is compulsory they want to collect money from the owner. they will take you to the shops for your selection and as per their limited budget no item you will get and you have to incur an extra amount. I have paid all the amount except INR 2,29,000. they want PDC post-dated cheque to hand over to the building. the laborers will not listen to our instructions. the site engineer will never visit the premises and the owner has to monitor everything otherwise the building will be in a haphazard manner. if anybody needs any reality please contact me on phone number 9535611116. In my opinion, they are not good people. saying something and doing something else. granite selection, bathroom fittings, and tiles selection you will pay an extra amount my budget as per agreement are 50 laks but it leads to 73 lakhs still the work is not completed. They want only money otherwise they say we will stop the work. every time they promise but they will not adhere to it. now i am not at all happy after assigning the jobs to them i feel extremely sorry. and the public is also commenting that they give priority only to the front elevation and not inner work because out side public will watch outside work. even sajja or atta are not finished smoothly. painting is also cheating with water and no uniform painting some places original colour and some places water is more and they are coming down. finally they do not care for the quality and you will repeal for the same. they will cheat even in fittings and acessaries. with full of tears and sorrow this comment for public how much agony and pain i am facing that god only knows

Hi, I had been to kites yesterday. Planning to start project at Kolar by May. But of 2D plan they have charged 3000 rs. Though they said that if construction contract is confirmed it wil be negated, still 3000 for 2d plan is little costly while for 5000 complete conceptual drawings are provided by them.
