Playing with backing tracks is one of the best ways to exercise our knowledge as musicians.
Practicing solos and even rhythm over the backing tracks is a great way to prepare ourselves to play with a band.
Not everyone has the chance to play with a band or even with other musicians, that's why I decided to create this channel so that somehow everyone can feel what it's like to play with a band. - Hudba

You should be congratulating yourself that you have 35%!
With the channel's growth, this number has decreased; today it stands at 80% of non-subscribers who frequently watch the videos... :/
Question: if I join and download your tracks, can I import the tracks into Cakewalk?

Great stuff. Thank you.
Thanks for watching my friend!
It's always nice to play with you
Thanks my friend! 🤘 🤘 🤘
In the language I speak, we'd mention that its a minor 1-4-5, 12 bar shuffle with a half step down to the 5.
Spot on!
The "Thrill Is Gone" progression also works! But with the 12th chord V7 instead of Im7
I got all of that wxecpt the half step down to the 5, what does that mean exacrly
i love it... awesome backing track 👍
Thanks for watching my friend!
Just hopped on the band wagon. I appreciate you taking the time setting all this up. I have a bunch of song lyrics that I have written and now I have someone to help me with the backing tracks. pbh

Thanks for watching my friend!
Why is it I can doodle for hours to this? And struggle to get anything going in Emaj??? Anyway this is fantastic.
It happens to all of us... lol... I'm workin really hard on keys other than A (B and G are a good start). Thanks for watching!
Don't stress too much and let your fingers find the way 😊
Very cool backing track with some complexity due to E7 and F7 chords, anyways, can anyone give me a hint on when to use the A major pentatonic scale in this progression?
Hey brother! So, in a blues like this one that's in a minor key, the major pentatonic won't fit well. I even changed the description of the video because I saw it was suggesting that you could use the major scale as well. If we were to think about the major pentatonic, it would be C Major, which is the relative of A minor. Hope that helps.
Ok, thanks a lot, I was struggling to fit the major pentatonic (A) as I know this can be done in some occasions (didn’t get it yet).
Could fit the beautiful harmonic minor over E7 as usual and spotted the Eb tritone blue note of the F7 in Am minor pentatonic… not really confident on this point but…
I’m an autodidact from the awesome job that CZcamsrs like you are sharing so thanks a lot and sorry of my questions are too basic!
Hey brother!
In theory, it's like this: in minor blues, only the minor pentatonic fits. In major blues, on the first chord, you can use both the major and minor, for example, in A, while on A, you can use the pentatonics of A and Am. When it goes to D, only the pentatonic of Am or D, and when it's on E, you can use pentatonics of A, Am, and E. That's how I've been doing it and I like the sound. It's also good to try to highlight the tonic of the chord changes. Let me know if this helped. All the best!
@@backingtrackscenter Ok, I'm following your advice though it sounds kind of weird to me (like a lot of notes don't really fit, a priori).. but have to say that I've been practiving a little bit those tips and found some really fxxking great and surprising sounds... guess it's just a matter of burning the tip of the fingers at practicing... thanks a lot!
Hey everyone!
Play F7add9 (X87580) into E7#9 (076780), add keep that open high E string! Try it!
Wow! Just did, beautiful!!!
Wow~
Thanks for watching!

Great
Thanks for watching!
F doesn't have the 7th 😮💨
You could play just plain F major but that’s triadic harmony after playing 4-note 7th chords.
I think it would be much better to play one of these choices: Fmaj7 (1357 or 1371), Fmaj9 (1379), or Fadd9 (1359). Those last 2 choices that contain the 9th, G, would move nicely to E7#9 which also could keep that high G. I like both voicings that contain the 9th!
My choice, however, is the Fadd9 voiced 1359; add in the open high E string and go to E7#9 also with the open high E.
@@m.vonhollen6673 yeah, I know! Just wanted that minor 7th to bring up some different colors. Thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻
It was supposed to be there... my bad
Hey! Nice call. I'm going to try out these voicings on an upcoming backing track, if you don't mind. ;)
