Kudos!!! very informative brother Mukul , watched around 15 of your videos on different important topics in past few days. Here I'd like to know that these days as per RBI norms few banks such as HDFC Bank is calculating RPLR which is changing quarterly, so in this case how can we calculate Quarterly changing Loan Amount, Interest Rate and New Tenure left (in months)? Can you please update your EMI calculator so that those who watched this video like me now in 2020 during this pandemic can be benefitted. May God bless you....Thanks :)

I think the bank calculates interest on a daily basis and not on a monthly basis. There is huge difference after a few years

Hi sir, I checked your emi calculator. In case of pre-payment, this calculator reduces Tenure and keeps EMI constant. Can we keep the tenure constant and reduce EMI in this calculator? or if you can include that option in this calculator, it would be great.

Informative video. Thanks. There is fundamental difference in loan REPAYMENT PROCESS of govt deptt and Banks. In case of govt LOAN we first repay only PRINCIPAL.EMI does not include interest. After repayment of principal we pay the interest. Example;: loan ten lakh, rate 10 % period 15 yrs for principal repayment. EMI 5000 PM FOR 170 MONTH and 15000 pm for remaining 10 month.
loan is received in 2 instalment. 5 lakh in jan 2000 and 5 lakh in May 2000. REPAYMENT EMI of principal begin in JULY 2000. PL CALCULATE MONTH WISE interest. ANIL GAUR ,DD

Hi Mukul Ji, This is a nice calculator, It would be great help if you also consider the changing rate of interest %, change in EMI amount, etc (interim changes to loan) to capture so that this will give us the exact details of the remaining Payments & tenure.This will be great help.
