I remember another youtuber said that Zoro only sleeps when he feels safe. So zoro falling a asleep in hostile territory means he trusts sanji with his life.

This show so much. One of it is how zoro and sanji might always be fighting all the time but they trust each other. Zoro can rest, relax and sleep and entrust himself in sanji care.
They are like two young immature brothers fighting each other and still respect each other.

What I love about this is Sanji asks “who COULD hurt you like this?” He’s genuinely shocked there’s an enemy on the battlefield powerful enough to deal that level of damage to someone as strong as Zoro. It’s not because he thinks Zoro is weak at all. He knows just how much of a beast he is.

This made me realise that it was Usopp, largely by himself, who tended his original wound from Mihawk. A teenager with no medical training had to stitch that wound…it’s a good thing that Zoro is so unkillable…and that they found Chopper later
Usopp tended to him until he fully regained consciousness, but Zoro stitched his wound up himself. The cocoyashi village doctor was scolding him for it, because it was still a teenager with no medical training stitching a wound.
