Eczema and psoriasis here. I've been keeping it under control by eliminating dairy and gluten and sugar. Also cut carbs as much as possible, and processed foods. When I have a flare up I use La Roche Posay Lipikar Baume, Cicaplast and Neutrogena T Gel shampoo. I've reached this combination after dozens of doctors, medicines, products and treatments.
ok, but "spirit guide" is over proportionate to be part of healing process😅, but you can try hot water(not enough to burn your skin, but hot enough to feel) with diluted baking soda, to take away the itchy much moment, then, dry ur hands wth towel totally, then try to apply virgin coconut oil or thick "medicated cream" or Petroleum jelly👌
