Watching this 11 years later. I'm a 71 year old fangirl who grew up on rock n roll in Seattle. It was hilarious to see Adam (who I love, btw) talk about "every inch of your love". That lyric was actually a problem in the US when Led Zeppelin first released the song. It was even banned for a hot minute on AM radio in Seattle. I love that Adam brings an additional meaning to the song!
Mad World was probably the best performance in the history of american idol, and the gamechanging moment that changed the idea of idol forever
