Man, that's great footage. I love seeing the Miami sights. It is a relaxing piece of video to watch. At 7:15 you said it would probably cost about "3 fiddy" to get into a home out here. Did that mean $3.5M. Not $350K right?

Hey, thank you! I believe average home prices there are roughly $1.4M, although they go much higher and “tree fiddy” was in reference to a meme. Sorry for the confusion.
