First you need LBS entrance exam. Then only you can get admission. Also some self financing colleges provide mca without lbs entrance exams

Both mgu and ktu certificates are having same value. The only main difference is ktu is better in conducting exams and scheduling. While in mgu, exam is little lag.
Both are bad at publishing results(takes 5/6 months for result publication).

Depends on the college and time of admission. If you get cleared backlog before starting college classes, it is fine.
* If you are looking in admission in marian college, you need to clear suppli before july.
* If you are looking in admission in saintgits engineering college, you need to clear suppli before august. Class starts on august.
* If you are looking in admission in any affiliated college in ktu,mgu,ku, kannur university, you need to clear your suppli before octomber. Class for ktu affilited colleges starts on octomber. For other universities ,classes will start further lately.
With Arrear Paper , you cant go for PG, Fist you need to clear it

Yes, entrance is mandaltory for mca admission in kerala. Admission to management seat in affiliated colleges is based on degree marks only but you have to attend lbs entrance. Similarly, admission in Autonomous college is based on degree marks and interview but still you have to attend lbs entrance.
If any special notification is released by kerala education department about it, you can join without entrance. During last 2 years, special notification is released for admitting students who doesnot wrote lbs.
