Without question, the best live cover of this song that has been recorded. Accuracy and attention to detail. With due respect to other cover bands (including some who sell-out significant venues) this crew are on a different level in my opinion.
Often I do not like seeing something like this played by other bands. It’s almost sacrilege. I am a snob. I play several instruments and I see and hear when things are not properly played and honored. I still admire solid efforts. This…..most wonderful. It was so well done. Thank you so much. It was very enjoyable.
Yet, this, to me, sounds like click-track driven. It seems to much on point / hurried and is missing the fluidity & groove. They don't capitalize on the spaces. 'Learning to Fly' is a deceivingly simple sounding song and, imho, it sounds like they haven't played it for very long (I'm a poet and don't even know it, lol). I'm not at all saying they stink.... Indeed.. I was on a quite expensive concert and these guys didn't understand that we come there for the Pink Floyd sound, not for a Van Halen interpretation of pigs or a EDM version of SOYCD.

Here in Indiana we used to have a tribute band called Pink Droyd. Many of the members were employees of Sweetwater in Ft. Wayne. The lead guitarist, the keyboardist are two I know of. They were so good that if you closed your eyes, you can imagine that you're listening to the real thing. You guys are just as good. Michael if you ever read this, I miss you guys. Liked and subbed

Went to a Floyd tribute band in Belfast with my late brother in law many years ago.This brings it all back so many great night's gone but not forgotten.
After that performance, I subscribed. Now, there is a tribute that don't embelish something that's already perfect. You just recreated the epic Floyd sound, and it was beautiful. Made my day, thank you!
I was on the floor in Uniondale in August of 1988. Three rows back and about half way between David and Rachel. I stopped this after a few seconds. I'm sure these fine folks are quite good .... but once you've experienced the real thing .... nothing else will ever be good enough.
