Juice Recipe
1 Pineapple
2 knobs ginger
2 knobs turmeric
pinch black pepper
Pineapple Skin Tea Instructions:
1. Place the pineapple skin and any remaining pulp into a pot of water. Bring it to a boil and then let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Strain the tea into a cup.
3.Add a touch of honey or a slice of lemon for extra flavor.
